Great location close to the station and also close to the old town

Bed was a bit too firm for me

The staff was very helpful in many ways, from check-in, storing our baggage after check-out, adjusting room temperature, giving directions, and making a restaurant recommendation. The restaurant was wonderful. Easy location after train ride from Paris.

That we were not staying there longer.

Excellent hotel, lovely spacious room. Staff were very friendly. Well located - short walk to centre and right beside the station.

Location was great, and all the staff (especially the gentleman working the later shift) were incredibly polite, professional and helpful.

Fabulous old building full of character, great location near the railway station.Very good and friendly restaurant within the hotel, as well as a lovely open courtyard for apéro!

Excellent for our overnight stay while travelling through France. The room was excellent and extremely clean. Room was very clean, quietest room ever stayed in and the mattress was excellent.

We were upgraded to a suite, which was an amazing space. The hotel was extremely comfortable, with friendly efficient staff. ideally located for the train station. Our dinner plans to eat out were stymied by torrential rain so we ate in the hotel restaurant which had excellent service and a decent menu.

Struggling to think of anything, I'll probably always say the coffee because hotel breakfast coffee is almost never as good as in a cafe.

I loved everything about the place, beautiful hotel, great room and a very comfortable place. I would stay here in a heart beat again. I love tbe whole ambience of the place.

Slight issue but easily sorted the Air condition unit is really noisy next time I'll just turn it off before I go to sleep other than that no issues.

Amazing staff, very cheerful and helpful. Underground parking across the corner, for peace of mind of leaving the car with luggage. Room was good, with a big bathroom.

All in all it was great, just some noises that softly disturbed my sleep. Air conditioner makes some noise, and from 6/7AM (when people start waking up) there are some noises of canalisation.

Our room was spacious and comfortable with a sitting room at the side. The bed was very big and very comfortable. We loved the style of the hotel - gracious, beautifully furnished styled from an earlier era

Nothing to dislike, but two cups would have been useful to make use of the tea/coffee making facilities. Milk would have been good, too.

Breakfast very minimalist, croissant finished at 8.45am. Limited fresh fruit and overcooked sausages. Restaurant closed Saturday and Sunday!!!

* Some areas require better cleaning. * Towels for shower too small.* No pillow protectors…really?! * Very thin loo paper. * No shutters on windows/doors. * Question hygiene behind the bar? * No lamp in extra guest area in suite.

The suite was a superb size, comfortable, and with a lovely view across the city. Parking was close by, and easy to use. Breakfast was excellent, and the restaurant produced some good fare, served by a pleasant and friendly crew. The hotel has been upgraded to a high standard.

As with almost all hotels, the (otherwise excellent) shower would be improved for older guests by the installation of a grab-rail.

Top stay during super hot weather. Spacious room, comfortable bed, facilities in the room, great bathroom. The personnel is also nice and professional.

I booked the hotel never having seen it before and frankly from the outside my wife and I were not impressed but with the manner of our reception and probably the nicest and largest bedroom we have seen for years we promptly changed our first impressions and had a most enjoyable stay

The outside needs a repainting but I think an adjacent building has been acquired at which time I assume the outside will be tarted up

Wonderful room with a view on the city.Very nice and helpful staff.

The hotel is situated in a beautiful old building but the cheap looking renovation turned it into a rather cold and tasteless place. It lacks character.Breakfast could be much better, and healthier!
