Clean and conviennent!

Near centre. Lovely staff. Good breakfast. Room decent. Shower good [in morning not evening]. Well worth the money.

Overcharged for room , Location was not the best for us ( we prefer the out of town Ibis hotels, but this was our mistake ) We did not argue with the charge having driven 11 hours we were very tired and wanted rest,we have an early start next morning on route to Spain, Just felt we got the on the day charge instead of our booked price which was much cheaper?

The location is excellent and walkable to the historic section. The reception desk was fantastic and very helpful. We arrived late around 8:30 pm and it was nice to have a friendly and efficient receptionist. The bed was comfortable and the room was typical budget Ibis. Internet good. No complaints and we would stay there again

There was a fire alarm that went off at 2 AM. We all left our rooms with very little indication and ended up in front of the hotel with the night person on the phone standing quite far away from the hotel. He gave no instruction and people were confused and frustrated. Finally after going to ask what was going on he said the stove was dirty, that it hadn't been cleaned properly and that it was what set off the alarm. There was a lot of smoke inside the lobby. I am guessing something more serious happened but he didn't want to admit it. He told us to go back inside it was all fine. Needless to say I was hardly reassured with all the smoke and by his attitude. He seemed ill informed as to any type of procedure and guests had no idea what was going on. The fire department didn't come either. I would suggest Ibis trains their staff and prepares them for how to react in an event like this, it was highly unprofessional.

Room was very clean. Breakfast was very good. I had a wonderful view of the church from my window. People at The Reception desk was friendly and helpful. Wifi was very good.

We booked this as it had parking . But there was no parking due to a problem with the garage door . We had lots of stuff in our car and were worried all night as the car was parked on the road . We should have been told no parking and we would not have booked

Excellent location.

There were no outlets around the bed,but there were buttons that you would inadvetently hit while sleeping,that would turn all of the lights on. The toilet leaked while in use,and left brown water on the floor,which I cleaned. The male member of the staff,was either aggressive or couldn't care less about the clients. Definitely not a people person.

Polite, helpful desk staff. Breakfast was serve yourself buffet style & extremely good quality & value - especially when considering the low price. Just look around the breakfast area & you will find everything. Lady in the kitchen was super helpful. No cooked breakfast. Basic but enough of everything. Approx 10 min walk from train station. Approx 10 + mins to get to cathedral. Moderate walking pace. There are taxis & buses though.Lovely clean room - nice & minimalist with TV & toiletries, towels, charging point supplied. Very clean. Looked recently refurbed. Comfy bed. I even had a view - see pic - not expected for budget price - might not for every room. All good.

Excellent situation within walking distance of historic centre. Also very near parking indigo théâtre, secure underground parking, cheap rate. Hotel good value for money.

Beds could be more comfortable, pillows were very bad!

Outside parking for the bikes wasn’t ideal but didn’t have any issues. Breakfast not very good value.

I liked my stay at ibis hotel central. And I realy loved restauration in the hotel.

I booked room in Ibis budget, but when I came on the adress I get to know that buget hotel is closed and I have to go on Ibis hotel central. After I came to the second hotel, I got my room, but it would probably be a good idea to announce in advance that the hotel is closed and my reservation is automatically moved elsewhere.

AC smells badold forniture not that clean

The location and the very kind, cheery and helpful lady at the reception.

Room more tired than the customers after a day drive in scorching heat. The door hits when opened a good sized double bed. The shower shows sign of black mould. Yuk!Bed comfortable, but lie on top of the duvet, or you may be the meal of the permanent occupiers of the mattress.
