The stay and rooms were pleasant and budget friendly, and it's host centric for all the destination from here.. Suresh house keeping is quite supportive and was friendly

The room had a strong musty odor, suggesting it had been closed for an extended period. The bed sheets were stained, and bathroom was also not clean when we requested a refund due to the unsuitable conditions for a family stay, the owner responded in an unprofessional, aggressive and abusive manner, using offensive language and making derogatory remarks

The excellent , economic morning breakfast was good . Bit far from main roads good place if you by car or travels

Veg food outside is not very good however non veg was good .

Care taker Suresh gives a clear picture about the places to visit and how to reach there.

We only liked Mr Suresh, the care taker . Very helpful person arranged the breakfast in time and also reccomended very good private beaches .Nearest beach is 6 kilometres away .

PLEASE do NOT fall for the 100% advance request .Rooms were filled with mould smell , cobwebs , spiders , lizards..People with asthma and breathing issues should think twice or thrice in booking at this property. AC is non functional. The approach to this facility is quite difficult.Owner should think of painting the rooms , and installing mosquito nets for the windows.

If you are looking to visit Uttara Kannada region for a holiday , you can center your visit with a stay in Kinara stay. Ambience is homely and pleasant , food with utmost love and care.

Nothing is there is unlike. Everything is excellent. A wonderful homely experience at a beautiful serene place. Kinara stay is the best place to stay in kumta near Gokarna and Murdeshwara.

Cleanliness and location. It is a very quiet place and the location is very scenic. Nice place to go out for long walks early morning.

This is one of the best family beach stay. This is very kids friendly and all the staff members are very supportive. Main attraction of the stay is its beach access and stay has maintained it very well. Other stay in this area does not have such a beautification which is done by Ideal stay. Restaurant and room service is fast and good options to eat. I forgot the name of lady in restaurant, she was very supportive and suggested good option for food.

Only thing which I think of improvement is washrooms which have old fixings . We stayed in delux room which has very good view from spacious balcony.

Clean and cozy place just off the highway. Would recommend this place to everyone. The Caretaker is a very sweet man and is always available to help with anything.

The room was sincerely large and was extremely clean. The helper at the hotel was also very responsive and helpful. The bathroom was also quite big and clean. The property is also very well located.

The porch window could be better covered as sometimes it might compromise privacy.

Cleanliness, well lighted with large window rooms and ocean view made my stay a lot better. Breakfast was exceptional.

No adjustment for after checkout.. If your flight, Train, Bus booking at evening no waiting or rest room inside property..

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Kumta

Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable.

The place is pleasant. The staff is great, and helpful and will attend at any hour patiently. Mr Suresh takes care like it's his own, and speaks well of the clients and the local community.

It could have been a little more maintained. There is a distinct smell in the cabins.
