The staff was excellent. Breakfast was very good.

The pool closed way too early. No elevators

No elevator, seemed like the rooms weren’t thoroughly cleaned, towels were stained

Parking abundant and close to the main high and shopping.

There was no TV or signal whole day until I checked out.Needed a little brighter light inside the Restroom by the mirror for shaving and makeup.

Services are amazing.

When I enter my room, I spotted stains and dirt on the window. I also spotted cracks and broken portions of the walls. Lastly the bathroom, water is slow and the shower head is near the glass shower which is difficult to take a rinse

Location was very good. The pool and the atmosphere around the pool were nice.

The room was extremely dirty. Hair and dirt everywhere on the floor and in the bathroom. The sink and the shower were absolutely disgusting. The water in the shower was either very cold, or very hot. No matter how much we tried to adjust it, moving the control only 1mm, it had only 2 settings: very hot, or very cold. The air conditioning unit in the wall was so purely mounted, with lots of space around it for mosquitos to get inside. Their website promised a safe; they had one in the room, completely non-functional with the batteries taken out. Keep in mind that we got the most expensive room. The worst part was the airport transfer arrangements. Upon arrival, with a scheduled 7:15pm landing flight, they failed to tell us that if the flight is late, they will NOT provide service after 7:30pm. All the communication via Viber that we had to do was in vain, and knowing we should arrive at 7:15pm, they could have warned us about that possibility. The plane was late, so we had to take a taxi. For the departure, we made arrangements for an airport transfer at 5:30am. We confirmed with them 2 days before departure and they said everything was set. Yet on the morning of departure, they simply told us they cannot find the information, the driver is not available, telling us to simply take a taxi. Their attitude and indifference regarding our predicament was shocking: just take a taxi. At that hour in the morning, finding a taxi was difficult and time-consuming, and we arrived at the airport with 10 minutes to spare before check-in lane was closed.

Great staff. Air-conditioning was ice cold. The bed was very comfortable. I had a large room with a balcony overlooking the pool area. Internet was free and fast enough for my needs. The free breakfast buffet was small but tasty and had enough selection to satisfy Filipino and foreigner tastes. The location was perfect. It was close enough to the Robinsons Mall to walk. It was also close to the Butuan Doctors Hospital.

The staff could do a little better job at cleaning. There were smears in the glass in the CR. The safe didn't work, but that might have been my fault. This was not an issue. The TV didn't really have any channels and had difficulty connecting to the internet. Again, it's not a big issue for me. I'm sure if I had called reception, they could sort me out.

The location is what I like most of the property and the cleanliness.

There was no phone in the room and there was no lamp by the bed. You have to put the main light and it was too bright when you try to relax.

Breakfast could be better

Room was not clean at all , there was a live lizard in the room and dead roaches also in the room , also the bed spread was digusting !!!

They don’t give face washer we still have to ask for it.

Only thing I like About was the view of room

The check in. The receaption boy keep on saying why all time refuse to get the manager when ask he said why. Stains on pillow cases sheets no coffee sugar cream. Floor damaged mirror dirty no slippers. No lamp in room. Front security guy at entrance shove past me and push me so he could get passed me. Also beds in hall way bags rubbish. In morning tables dirty no waiter to assist find table. Went to bar girl in back had to ask 4 times for help. When she standing there. Ants in sugar

Very poor services. No telephone in the room. Buffet breakfast was not commendable and not well-attended by staff.

quite disappointed, the room was dirty, no slippers provided. No sign tags that the room was sanitized before we use. even the utensil were dirty. Please do something with the cleanliness and make your clients feel safe and secure specially this pandemic.
