Convenient location, reasonable price.

No Ref in our room...Only 2 Bath towels,limited selection at breakfast.

We come back there at end of january because its a perfect hotel, quiet, nice pool, nice staff and near to all (restaurants, malls, airport, pharmacy...)

Terrible place

Bathroom has mold on all the walls The AC has mold No hot water Poorly managed, staff lack training on how to clean Lobby bathroom was indescrible

I liked that it was in walking distance to shopping and dining...

Very nice place I would have spent more days there except it isn't near the in laws house... A lot of street noise....I am a country boy...not used to all of the noise from traffic...

Everyday we had coffee at 6AM followed by breakfast at 7, the kitchen staff was friendly and the food was good.We had a family day at the pool, everything was clean and the family only had to pay a nominal fee.The room was cleaned as needed (by us) and supplies replaced

No refrigerator or kettle for making coffee or tea and went to the restaurant twice and first time no service after 30 minutes i left and the second time ordered a beer and then they said they had no food ?

I like the place! Great room. Accommodating staffs. The pool area looks incredible. Good facilities. Breakfast was good.

The bathroom has no bidet, and no tabo or bucket.

The hotel's location is easy because it is beside the road. There is enough parking. Hotel staff were great. The room was clean and the wifi was working well. The bed is relatively comfortable and the heater in the shower works.

The hotel could really use some renovation as the room that I had while clean - was a bit dilapidated. The breakfast was super basic although I appreciate the coffee. The toilet could use a bidet and the maybe a water dispenser would help because the water bottle provided was only 350 mL.

Older place but spacious and well designed.

We were there for 5 days, and I don't think our room was serviced once. Asked for a replacement set of towels for my partner and I and was given 1. The breakfast is a bit on the unhealthy side.

The staff were very friendly and helpful but had to be prompted by a question before your problem was addressed. We loved the pool area where we had breakfast and swam.

No kettle for hot drinks,no refrigerator, no remote for tv and had a phone that did not work.BUT you can have these things on request apparantly.When I asked about these things the answer was not all rooms have these things .We went to order room service from the restaurant when we found that the phone did not work so I walked down to reception and asked how I place an order the girl said I can take the order but normally you would ring on your cell phone.i told her the phone in my room did not work ,she said not all rooms have working phones ????.

It is ok but will not recommend for a longer stay

1. Hot and cold water not working2. No water sa shower esp in the morning!3. No free /complimentary water, toothbrush/tooth paste or even a room slipper 4. Remote control for tv not even working5. AC not even cold

Breakfast- you could have at least include the European and American meal at the buffet without asking the staff.

I did not like my stay here

Need improvement, first of all not worth it of my money and stay. The room is not clean, bedsheets are dusty, water in the toilet is not working and the toilet itself is not clean.

Staff very friendly and helpful.Close to shopping malls and restaurants. Good security. Nice clean pool and sufficient daily complimentary breakfast

Billiards table didn't have sticks. Restaurant not open unless convention being held.

I have stayed here many times and the general condition of the room is tiered. They used to have fridges in the room and tea and coffee facilities, but not any more. Really basic. 2 bonuses close to Robinson mall and it has a clean pool. The staff are always friendly and helpful. Good parking with security guards. The owner needs to upgrade the decor and bring back the fridge and coffee facilities. Breakfast was okay and I asked for an omelette and it was freshly made so a positive note.
