The proximity of the location to stores, church and plaza. Complimentary breakfast and airport transfers.

No elevator and family rooms are situated in higher floors.

The staff were accomodating and helpful. They even allowed us to leave our suitcases with them for FREE while we embarked on a five-day tour of CARAGA region.

I have read negative reviews about this hotel like it was outdated, not senior friendly etc. but in my case we really enjoyed our stay here. Our 2 seniors were happy even if the room is located on the 4th floor. Climbing the stairs is just fine for them, it is a wide & not steep stairs. The breakfast is plenty and delicious & the free shuttle service to the airport is a great add-ons. Maybe it's an old & traditional hotel but for us it's best for its price.

I like the location because it is accessible as it is in the heart of the city

There is no elevator though it’s only 4 floors hotel, it is not easy to use the stairs specially if you are with small kids. There is no chair to sit in aside from the beds. Furnitures (tables and tv tables) were old. Towels and blankets are also old need replacement.

Room is decent for the price. Good location

Since our room is on the 2nd floor, we can hear the people from the outside shouting. We asked the staff to reprimand the people from the outside to keep quiet, which they did for a minute and went back to shouting again. I completely understand because of its location but I hope they soundproof their rooms to prevent this from happening again.

It's really good value for money. The hotel is beautiful. It's modern, spacious, has ample storage, a work station, and toiletries are good not cheap. Oh and food is ok. Sometimes a miss because the last time the corned beef was too salty.

The parking area. The receptionist kept calling early morning about our car which was correctly parked. There was another owner who didn't park correctly.

Clean and good location

Mosquitoes in room. Asked for spray at reception. None showed up. Had to go reception a second time. My partner , daughter, motherinlaw were bitten by mozzies. How can one enjoy the stay?

It is centrally located in the business area.

It doesn’t have elevator despite having four floors. The hotel is definitely in violation of the local buildings code.

Balcony Room booked and paid for and confirmed was not available or provided AS ADVERTISED, they said they didn’t have any Towels not available, needed to request Served Cold cooked breakfast

Breakfast was poor reheated leftovers no menu and poor chioce also wanted to charge me an adult breakfast for my 4 year old child who was included on the booking and even if she was not who in the world charges full adult price for 4 year old children without even having a menu

I booked a twin deluxe room and received a king single room . When I needed 2 beds. The bathroom was dirty. There were stains on the bed sheets , no shampoo and conditioner and only one bottle of water . The worst was cockroach poo in all the cubbourds

It was near the city plaza, lots of small shops near by, and the public transport passes near by. Nice bed, had a good night's sleep, they gave us pool access at almont inland resort, needed to ride a jeep though.

I think our room had bed bugs, me, my wife, and daughter, each got bites.

You have little mouse in the room i had to change hitel as in two room i had same problem a mouse inside the room

Good location, close to the cathedral

Noisy, dirty and terrible food. The staff in night duty woke me up by the noise of his loud phone playing in the lobby. I had to get up, get dressed and go down to tell him to stop the noise. I had both dinner and breakfast in the hotel and both of them were terrible (there wasn't even any milk in the morning to put in the coffee).
