It had a poo

Very strict on the 2pm checking. No roome cleanBooked 6 nights stayed just two nights. Woke early every morning by stalf chatting loudly outside room. There was no refund for un used nights.

There was no towels in our room. Mosquitoes everywhere, inside our room.

This is a charming hotel an oasis from the noise outside.the rooms are spacious and neat.The staff is very friendly and helpful and they offer currency exchange which is a great help.The pool is second to none and is very picturesque.

It was nice to have a buffet accessible, and the pool was great with poolside services. The staff was approachable and always took care of everything. The restaurant menu was nice to choose from. All the staff were friendly.

They have events every night and there’s a lot of music for several hours that’s super loud.

I looked for a bunch of places in Butuan that would make me want to stay in, and I'm so happy I picked this one. It was super chill when I was there, probably because it was a Monday. I especially loved the staff; they were so welcoming.

Love the grounds, pool, & of course the wonderful staff!

Rooms need updating. For example outlets for cellphones & hair dryers in every room would be nice. Also a handrail for entering the pool would help elderly.

The staff …. I think that’s their best asset… Neil and company from breakfast buffet… as well as the very patient and always accommodating housekeeping staff…. You guys are all great and made our stay really feel very worthwhile!!!!!

Booked 2 full beds for garden deluxe but was checked in on a 1 full bed only. The staff didnt alert me, i had to check my online booking and called for additional beds.

Nice clean hotel. Good food and staff are very responsive to any comments/requests.Had one meal where we had a complaint and the manager and supervisor were very quick to act and sort it all out for us. I was very impressed by their response.

Pool wasn't as clean as could be. It turns a bit cloudy in the afternoons, hence I did not use it a lot.Beds are foam style mattresses, therefore they are not quite as comfortable.

It was a spur of the moment to book because of the emergency in the family but staying there made our stay enjoyable and comfortable. Everyone is very accommodating, kind and helpful. This is the reason why we booked there again this May. Even the manager was very welcoming to us.

We enjoy buffets in Manila. The price in Almont is just right but has very few selections.

This time I really liked the food there! It was surprising excellent! As I asked, they told me, that there is a new chefcook - I hope, he will work a longer time for the Almont Inland Resort.

I think they changed again their Chefcook. In February i was so satisfied of the excellent food, this time the food was... it was okay. Anyway, Almont Inland Resort is still the best choice, if you want to stay in Butuan City.

the reception staff who greeted us, not that friendly and also during check out, it's messed up, we asked to pay again for the deposit. good thing I kept the receipt. but it's all good.

The food; no hot water in the showers; the waiters, lack of English, you have to request your room to be made and clean, had to buy our water; restaurant extremely below par; antiquated facilities. Not worth it's 3 stars
