Close to the mall, it looks, smells, feels new, clean, classy, the helpful and respectful staff

I didn?t like the towels, no face and hand towels, only one dispenser for shampoo, conditioner and body wash (Although it confirms my suspicions of the same product with different labels for more profit in the stores, no hangers, or individual toiletries

Place is clean shower and toilet is separate.

Convenient location and access to Robinson Mall

Very noisy hotel. You come here to sleep only. The facility has 0 amenities. The room is extremely small and no space to open your luggage. The hotel has rat infestation. You could not sleep with the rats running in the ceiling. Housekeeping only changed towels and bed sheets even after repeated request to clean the room.

Everything was great the staff were awesome. It was very clean. Great location. The only complaint was the elevator was broke. Not their fault and they were working to have it fixed.

The elevator is damage and we walk using stairs from 1st floor to 4th floor. no refund or discount.

The bed was comfortable and big

Room was pretty small and everything could use a bit of a makeover. Seams like they just repair stuff provisionally instead of fixing stuff properly. The AC was leaking and left a big water puddle on the floor, shower head tube was kind of broken too. Rooms are only on the 4-5 floor (actually like 6-7 floor if you count the amount of stairs to climb up since the elevator was broken). Was not worth the money.

the elevator was broken during our stay probably because of earthquake but they have water dispenser outside each room which we appreciate.

I think room attendant needs to pay more attention while cleaning the rooms, some dust are very visible.. not sure if it was due to the recent earthquake but they are nice so okay!

Easy to find. Just in the metro.

No Elevator (user stairs to 4th floor), Bathroom is dirty, and you can hear people passing by (not soundproof)

The room was nice the bed was great. There's direct access to the mall.

The elevator wasn't working because of the earthquake and I had to walk up 6 flights of stairs with a bad knee. I feel as though they should of given a discount to all patrons for the inconvenience of no elevator. Also the shower head was mounted too low.

Nice and clean

No microwave, no mini fridge, no coffee and creamer. Towels are all dirty white looking. But staff was nice and friendly.
