Its clean ,ambiance is good they have elevator easy to access to 4th since i was with my father which is a senior citizen ,staff are so friendly and very kind ❤️

Closer to everything; to the pier, stores and by the main road.

I was skeptical to book this place at first because of the mixed reviews on Google, but I still went ahead cause I was checking in so late and I couldn’t really find a lot of options in surigao city. Checked in at 12 midnight and the receptionist was lovely. He was friendly and welcoming. The reception area smells so good too and then when I arrived in my room, everything was clean and everything was working except the wifi but since I have LTE, it wasn’t really an issue for me. I think the only downside that I wanna point out is the toilet doesn’t have a bidet. I wanted also to extend and they didn’t give me any problems with that. It was so easy to talk to the staff and yeah, the security and the cleaning staff were super friendly as well. bonus points, theres a really good café nearby called café ethereal. highly recommend this place if youre transiting through Surigao as its walking distance from the port. They have Smart TVs too!

No Bidet and wifi wasnt working.

Near the town proper

No mats in bathroom and at the door step and the gate. No microwave. Rough road. Stray dogs can go inside the property.

I wish the Internet would work in the rooms better! That's been my biggest complaint the many times I have stayed there. I really appreciate that you have put down the adhesive grip tape on the tiles next to the door! I was the one who fell and broke my leg. One suggestion, please put that same tape inside the door as well to ensure we can reach the rug more safely. I will continue to use the Tavern.

It wasn’t a pleasant stay. The staff were nice and friendly.

As soon as we came in the room you get welcomed with the unpleasant smell like musty. The floor mat towel was damp. Sink wasn’t working it drained but it takes so long it’s gross. We asked for an extra glass for water they didn’t bring it to us or say they don’t have extra..

hotel staff were disrespectful to the elders,and were placed on the 3rd floor,elevator was not functioning,deceiving advertisements,very dirty, scammers

the worst hotel i had experienced. we even wanted to to file a case against them.we like to suggest that you must remove them in your hotel list

I forgot some cash in the room, but staff told me and gave me back :)!

The room not Not comfortable with the air conditioner not properly functioning

Staff hospitality including the guard However we were given only one set of shampoo and conditioner nothing extra for the other person, the air conditioner is old and brokenThere is no set of toothbrush and toothpaste

The room is okay, but water from the rain entering inside the room. The sink, toilet bowl, and shower are not clean properly. There are yellow stains wherever you look inside the comfort room. But staff are very helpful and accommodating.

The elevator was out of order so it was a bit hard specially for me cause I have a infant with me .

The place is quiet and the location is near most restaurants. It's very near the Pier, too, making it a convenient stop for your subsequent trip to Siargao or Dinagat islands.

I wish there's in-house food service. Nevertheless, there are nearby restaurants you can get good food from like Unseen Japan-Japan for ramen or the Tapsilog eatery just beside the hotel.

Looked ok from outside.

Room smells, dirty under the bed, mold on blind in bathroom. Shower not functioning and smells.

The location is unbeatable, close to everything and within walking distance to great restaurants. The convenience store next door was handy for snacks. The staff was exceptionally kind and attentive, making my stay enjoyable and well worth the price. I would definitely return
