Best Western Plus Hotel Colbert

New, modern, clean hotel in a good location. Convenience features throughout

I like all the rooms as I have stayed in all types, the small ones to the suites. It is so cozy, stylish with the amazing Nuxe products, beds are comfortable and in general, the hotel is clean. Feels like home. The staff are friendly, welcoming and very helpful. I love to meet them all over again. Nice breakfast. Good location.

Comfortable room and comfortable location, hotel is stylish. Staff are very friendly and professional.Breakfast is very nice, not much but everything is tasty.

Parking is not for free

Very well presented and clean. The reception and bar area was nicely decorated, we had a drink in the bar area. The bedroom was a good size, bed very comfortable and nice temperature, had a window you can open. A complementary bottle of water, kettle etc. Generous bathroom with shower that was easy to use and a shelf to put your bottles. A hairdryer and a wardrobe. Easy walking distance from the railway station, city centre and car hire. The reception kindly directed us to the car hire.

The room design wasn't perfect. The only mirror was in the bathroom and the hairdryer is also in the bathroom. This means if there are two of you to get ready it's not very convenient. In our room there was an almost kitchenette just outside the bathroom ( a sink, cupboards) and these weren't necessary ( good for the cleaner maybe) but this area could have had the hairdryer and mirror.

the design of the rooms and the lobby were very well thought out. The staff is friendly and responsive. We are Americans that struggle with French. It was nice to stay in a hotel that accommodated English speakers equally to French speakers. (Like they had two menus … one French and one in English.)

It is not located in the history heart of the city.

Welcomed with a smile.Spotless clean

The food wasn't the best as the steak was tough, but the staff was exceptional. The hotel is run really well with an eye for detail.Breakfast was superb and fresh

Very convenient location. Historic building. good meals in the restaurant

Lovely staff, cosy room with very comfortable bed (good quality new sheets), ample secure parking outside. We didn’t have the opportunity to use the restaurant or bar but it all looked great.

Very welcoming, nice decor, spotlessly clean Very comfortable bed, good shower. And secure parking. A very good stopover

The location was great, just 10 minutes from the centre ville. Access was easy from the motorway. The staff were very helpful and spoke English. Would stay again if we are in the vicinity. Parking was opposite and secure.

Breakfast was expensive. I expected the price to include breakfast.

Breakfast was good. Dinner was not the best cooking. Wine list was good

Dinner. Fish overcooked

Good service and breakfast. A safe gated parking.

Good restaurant, evening meal & breakfast.

No proper tea or real milk supplied in the room, impossible to make cups of tea! At this price it should be included.

Clean. Staff were brilliant. Ideal position to break up our journey

The bar closed far too early at 10pm. 11pm would be just right.

Reception and service was excellent. The restaurant food was great, especially the fish dish :) and I thought the restaurant was really good value for money. The beds were comfortable and the rooms well appointed. When we asked for a change of room it was dealt with efficiently and professionally. Parking simple and free on Sunday. Hotel easy to find. Would absolutely stay here again.

The only issue is the pub on the corner. On warm/dry nights it is noisy. Really unfair for the hotel actually, BUT not all rooms are affected. I would ask for a room to the right of the hotel if (like me) you are sound sensitive. Important to say the pub sounds didn't bother my husband so much.

Very easy to find from the motorway for a one night stopover. Secure car park across the road and also a brilliant little pub across the road. Had a meal in the evening at the hotel which was also lovely.

Location good for unloading car and parking. Breakfast very good choice.

We arrived late and I did explain when booking. Chaos at the channel tunnel delayed us.The member of staff was polite but could of advised us that there were trolleys to help with the luggage.

Easy friendly check-in

The room was on the highest floor , despite pre booking with a dog .Had to pay for secure parking .Breakfast was served in the room ,only place in the room to sit and eat it was on the bed .No plates provided to eat food from .Street noise from the club across the road late at night

Very comfortable room, quality mattress. Lovely shower gel/soap. Very quiet. Got a well needed sleep. Excellent dinner and breakfast. Excellent staff. Secure parking. 10/10.

Excellent hotel with great facilities. Restaurant very good generous portions. Great breakfast. Easy walk to Bergerac centre. Very convenient car park
