Hotel Le Boischaut - Citotel Chateauroux

The price was good for just a stopover while travelling south. Staff friendly. Room was warm, clean with nice bedding. Good WiFi

No tea or coffee making facilities In Room. Not enough towels for two people, the hotel was a bit noisy, you could hear people talking through the night

It is a covenient location for overnight stop in a long car trip. Has parking. Room is basic but comfortable. Personnel in the reception on midnight arrival

Parking space

There was a lot of noise. The bed was dirty and uncomfortable. The shower leaked so after you took a shower there was water everywhere. Breakfast was not worth the money.

the fact that I rang three times at hotel door and waited to be answered, to the point where I left and had to search for alternativemeanwhile I asked to be refunded even if it was partially and, just got charged same way, no justifications given

Bed was comfortable and room was clean

Only saw reception staff a couple of times. Doors are locked and one must go to a dark underpass to enter through a back door with a pass. Heat was not on and there was no staff to talk to. The two people I did see at reception once or twice were very nice and friendly.

I will never come to this hotel again

It was Very cold, it was impossible to have tea or coffee in the hotel in the evening. No café nearby.

Clean, quiet, nice staff. Cheapest property in the town, short walk from the station.

Dated decor, very basic. Only in comparison to other much more expensive hotels. I booked this as it was the cheapest.

Quite noisy (thin walls), you hear every sound your neighbour makes.
