- The facilities such as the water heater, need get assist from the receptionist and their thermos cant last longer as I travel with kids that require to standby hot water for milk. We trying to get assist to get hot water in the early morning, but the staff in sweet dreaming end up went out to the nearest restaurant just to get a hot water. On top of head bedroom is dusty and the sink was leaking + the front toilet door wet can dangerous for kids slippery. I was never expect this before as years ago, we experienced stayed the same hotel but different room (1st floor) & its far away different expectation.

Some of the beds, especially upstairs are uncomfortable and the washroom a bit small in the same room. I also dont like because the hotel didn't provide some thing such as jug kettle and hair dryer, which are supposed to be commonly available in every hotel that cost over rm100.
The place nearby to Restaurant and mini market (e.g 99 speedmart), so no problem for food and finding needs and snacks. Carpark was good and enough lighting for our car.
Hotel look like not much maintenance and don't expect you paid for MYR1xx/night got everything like 3 stars hotel. Should have at least heater kettle and other for hot drinks (e.g cup). And this area lot of dogs, so not suitable for those are not comfortable with noise and fear of dogs.
Comfortable...near with shop and restaurant although its not many but it helps..
Some of the facilities in the bathroom can't be used...hope they fix these...
