This is a BUDGET hotel so don’t expect great things. That said, it had a warm, comfortable bed and a decent shower (albeit a bit small). Location was good with fuel, supermarket, and restaurants within a couple of minutes.

Staff were really friendly. Parking available and was secure at night. Reasonably priced .

Vending machine only supplied really small amounts of espresso coffee.

Excellent staff, really helpful when our 1 night stay turned into a week due to car problems.Typical budget room, no restaurant onsite but able to shop locally and use hotel microwave or visit a number of local restaurants in shopping areas nearby.

Bathroom smelt strongly of cigarettes.

English speaking staff, it just makes Life easier. Easy to find, good parking area and a comfortable bed. Breakfast was the Ibis standard, that's fine with me. A decent cup of coffee and a Continental breakfast is all I want in the motning

I appreciate it is an Ibis Budget hotel, but I was hoping that there would be somewhere within walking distancea to grab a meal, I don't do fast food outlets and that was about all that was available locally. I really didn't want to have to drive into the town to find a restaurant and somewhere to park after having driven 400 miles to get there.

The hotel is located close to the A10 autoroute; it is easy to find. It is located near to restaurants, shops and other facilities. It has its own car park on site. The reception staff were friendly and very helpful. The room was comfortable with good facilities. We did not have breakfast on this occasion.

Welcome and breakfast very good. Quiet ground floor room.

Twin beds in the room took up a lot of the limited space in the room. Tight for two people and a large dog!

This is a typical ibis hotel. Clean and functional helpful friendly staff.

Naughty particularly celebrious area but there are restaurants and shops within walking distance

Breakfast available at the property. Room was very hot but there was a good working fan.

Worn and Shabby. No sound proofing. All doors heavy and loud, so you could hear surrounding rooms entering and leaving.

Easy to access after hours, room tidy and clean, a fan in the room is very welcome on a warm night. Breakfast was nice and staff lovely.

Value was good. Stayed in ibis budget previously and you get a good basic accommodation. Chatellerault was clean and what we expected.

Very easy and comfortable. Parking right outside our window. Lovely shower. Clean modern room. 5 mins walk to supermarket, bakery, restaurants etc... very welcoming for dogs. Breakfast was great.

Check-in: it is totally unclear how to check in from the Booking reservation. Please make an effort to convey how to use the Booking reservation number in order to obtain the Ibis pass.
