Location very strategic, near town & food, market, mosque.

Would be nice if got lift. Because pity for older age or women that pregnant. Other than that was perfect.

good location far from town and easy parking,

customer must bring down their towel including air-con & TV remote its show how untrust hotel management to their customer...will choose these hotel if no choice or other hotel not available

The room was too small, only have a little space to pray in front of the toilet door. Soap dispenser failed to work. Pillow was so thin and soft. Door also broken, it can't automatically closed. The bed lamp was too light and hot, and it cause something terrible happened. I put a remote TV control (brand huayu) above the lamp box around 12pm. When I wake up around 6am, the remote was melting and smells hot. I've try to find a replacement and buy a new remote but none was same brand as it. When I c/o, I get back my rm50 deposit but I didn't tell the truth. So they claimed me stole the original samsung remote instead of huayu remote (as picture) that they give to me when I check in. Poor me....

I like how the male bearded staff was so nice & polite towards us even when we have the problem with online payment at 1am. He was so comforting & lenient during our stay. Really cool & reasonable hotel & i had a pleasant stay there

Location is great. Very near to Sg. Petani Selatan exit. In front of it, TF mart; food and if you need to buy things, no problem at all. Room & bathroom are very clean. Water pressure is good.Hotel deco is superb; antique . Staff is efficient & nice. All smiles . Ample parking space (with fees..). It was a good stay at Rock Wood.

The view of the rear hotel which is a small jungle, it is better if can provide fan because guest can open the window with fresh air

No free instant hot drink instead of need to buy at the counter

The location meet expectation as needed. Nearer to food court & supermarket as well.

No elevator & very small room.

The location is good. TF Value Mart is infront of the hotel. Walking distance.

Suprisingly the room that we booked is still spacious for 3 person. Iron provided near the counter (not inside the room)
