Purest Hotel Sungai Petani

Clean, good location many restaurants near by

The room was clean and comfortable, making the stay pleasant.

Very disappointed that additional mineral water is charged at RM3 per bottle, especially when only two bottles were provided in the room

Location

Room hygiene could be better, window sill is full of pigeon droppings n feathers.

Carpets in rooms smelly. Toilet leaks water, sink doesnt drain, shower head broken.

Booked this hotel for my sister and mom. They enjoyed the stay, variety food for breakfast.

Great hotel with nice breakfast, friendly staff, and plenty of parking-outdoor.

this time the best was a bit uncomfortable, but still slept well.

The water pressure in shower

Everything. The staff are not responsive, not able to answer any query properly or in proper english. Very badly trained staff n front desk. Operator from room phone needs a proper training in how to first if all understand english, n answer queries. The room windows dont have white curtain! Please see my photo.

Comfortable bed

The bathroom gets flooded when having shower as the drainage outlet is small

Excellent Water pressure in shower n bathroom taps.

Not clean, twice my stay the room didnt have curtain on window! Switches n plug ins are faulty n sometimes dont work! Windows dirty n full of pigeon shit! Staff unfriendly, non responsive n cannot answer intelligently. At least this time there were no bugs crawling around the carpet.

Breakfast was fine.

Pigoens nesting on the window sill and noisy. Towels in the bathroom was discolored. Bath mat not provided on second night.

The location

Very poor management. Request for a room changed but was not allowed by manager. Even called half an hour before 12 pm to remind to check out which we found rude enough to chase guests out unless the check out time has passed.

Great selection on breakfast. Can do better.

Eggs were fried and left to cold.

Clean. The room has space. Good arrangement to stay at 8th floor due to the hotel near to the road side and highway.

The door cannot double lock. Safe box no battery to operate. Bathroom basin water goes through very slow. At night, the air conditioning is not cold. Passenger lift feels hot. The package does not include breakfast.

Location

Dirty rooms, has bugs n tiny roaches. Windows not clean, ledges full of bird droppings. Very disappointing. Staying in this hotel 5 times a year, over a decade! Deteriorated very badly, n no action on complaints.

Thank you for the recipient services.Thank you for making the room neat.

air-con is too noisy. wall paper is peeling without fix.

There is enough parking spaces for the cars and there is a basement parking to protect your car from the sun.The room size is good and the bed size is great.

Property was clean, and accommodation was beautiful. Showers have high pressure. Doormen are nice and polite. Breakfast was solid and enjoyable.

No trash cans anywhere in the lobby.

The location is very near the shops. There are plenty of parking spaces.

I was a bit disappointed with the TV channels. There are no movie channels. The front desk did not mention about the problem until I questioned during check out. I hope the problem is resolved. I future please inform the customers about any problem in advance.

Pleasant

It was a bad experience. My wife and I were there for our wedding anniversary. There was a Sky Bar at the hotel. We went up for a drink and to have dinner. The inner part of the Sky Bar was booked for a private function. As it was drizzling, we requested to be seated in a covered area. After we ordered a beer and a fruit juice, the waiter came to tell us that she could not serve me alcohol as there was a private function taking place inside. My wife and I were seated nowhere close to the group having the function. Furthermore, why was the Sky Bar that serves alcohol be used for a function, and the other patrons to the Sky Bar be denied their alcoholic drink.

Variety choice of food during breakfast

Super single bed combined to become queen/double bed. Not comfy
