102RM per night all in. Room was huge with a great shower. Staff were very helpful.

1. there is a bathtub to make it easier for small children to bathe 2. quiet environment and quiet interior

it feels like there is nothing to dislike because everything looks satisfactory maybe put a mat and slipper in front of the bathroom door and make sure the bathroom slide door can be locked

no lift and heater was damaged . the staffs gave us the damaged heater room and promised to repair before we reached at night but they didnt repair it and told us that there is no other triple bedroom to replace. The other thing was the bedsheet was not cleaned properly. Have alot of spots and looks disgusting with previous guests hair ..

I am disabled person. The staff's empathy and concern and by providing us with a ground floor room is greatly appreciated! Jazakallahu khairan jaza'. The hotel is situated near to great food outlet esp Gerai/Warung Pokok Ceri! Great choice of malay food is available and you will be spoilt by it.

The location and the quietness of this hotel as it is not situated at the busy commercial area. Bathroom is clean and bright as it looked like just refurbished with new tiles and water heater.

The air fresherner smell when enter to Level One, as it is too strong and not everyone likes it. Limited TV channels. Working table is too small, hardly put a laptop. Paint on the wall a bit run down.

Enviroment is very good. Staff sngt friendly, brang jualan di bwah hampir memenuhi semua keperluan kelengkapan kecemasan. Room is not so big but it is very comfortable . Very recommand for bujet hotel

The room very clean, near the food shop, in the family room have a bath tub in the toilet...my kid enjoy the moment.

Second time staying here. Staff really helpful. Affordable rate for room. Strategic location. No noise. Can rest well after exploring Kedah.

Actually nothing was good. If I have to say something good, may be parking?

- Worst kept rooms. They were never cleaned it appears. All dirty ceilings with spiders hanging everywhere- The room on 3rd floor had roaches of different sizes - massive to tiny. We got a replacement on the Ground floor, which only didn't have the roaches. Rest were dirty- Beds & sheets had lot of stainsJust managed for a night since we checked in at 10pm and didn't have energy to look for another one.
