Bertam Resort & Water Park

staff was friendly and helpful. The overall concept of the resort is good (Middle Eastern).

locationnis a little far from the main attraction centres. For such as resort, being near to the beach would be a good feature..

The ambiance

We unable to call reception counter during the night shift and no one answered the call. I have to ask help room service staff numerous time to inform them lock the connecting doors

Helpful and friendly staffs. Nearby shop options.

No face and hand towel.Soundproofing can be improved.

Our family was very satisfied with the excellent service and hospitality provided by Bertam Resort. From the front desk to the check-in process, everything was smooth. The staff were friendly and helpful. However, at the waterpark, some slides were closed for maintenance. Since it was the school holiday period, the management should have been aware of this. As a result, we were unable to enjoy all the slides available at the waterpark. Overall, it was worth it and we would definitely consider returning in the future.

a beautiful and interesting hotel. the room is clean. breakfast: many options and delicious. the air conditioning is not cold and quite uncomfortable. I have made a complaint, but the hotel staff asked to wait 15 minutes for it to cool down. however, the room is still not cold. within the 15 minutes, the children are all impatient to swim in the pool.

Hot air balloon Beautiful architecture

In my room the water flowing in the toilet bowl non stop Having difficulties to sleep at night Food options in the menu for room in service ..mostly beef. Disappointing as we can't have the beef.we have to search for food outside the hotel

New, facility only opened a couple of years ago. King bed was very comfortable.

Air conditioner dripped in the room.
