Worse day at hotel

When im coming to register, the staff which is women free hair arguing with me that my booking not available whatever and i told ive been booking long time within 1 week before but after the several time they find out my booking. After get key room, i want to shower but the heater doesnt work, and i called the front desk. They tell its still under maintainance. What make me piss is if under maintainance why you open the room for use? And worse, i found cockroach at room,, that shut my day luckily just one night and i dont have energy to argue anymore

Nearby Sg Petani and others facilities. Every year i will stay at same hotel because of cheap and easy to access

Need to do more cleaning in bathroom area and clean their air-conditioning

The bathroom cleanliness is below below average. Can the management ask the cleaner to use any 'sabun badang' or anything that sold in tt? Just spray n wipe all the bathroom floor and wall.U can see many black stains and mold in the bathroom which is very very unpleasant to my eyes.

Fast check in process

Limited parking space. Hotel has provided parking slot infront of the hotel but depend on availability..its always full especially during peak hour. You can also park in other area but please ensure you purchased the parking ticket and displayed it- the parking officer in this area is quite active -they will check from time to time.

Water heater nof function well...Call the frontdesk so many times but nobody answer the phone...

no hand shower. renovation/drilling shouldn't occur during morning. Guest want to get rest peacefully after having long tiring journey

Room surface and facilities

Room air conditioning too slow, need to take long time to cooling. Please service the aircond. Its a kind advise Room a bit dusty. It's hard for asthma patients

1. Gloomy lobby.2. Rooms detached from main building so that hotel facilities are not usable such aa elevator.3. Small rooms for the rates (barely have enough space for 2 pax to move).4. Wow, dead roaches in the bathroom!5. Bedside wall-table can be dangerous with that protruding edge.

No breakfast is provided but there is a restaurant just next door which serve good food.

The towels provided were not very clean.

The receptionist's behaviors was so poor. Not a customer service oriented. The entire hotel was so dull and looks not well organized. there was cigarette smell everywhere including inside the room. Upon check-in all of us had a discomfort feeling on our throats due to the terrible smell along the walkway to the room and even terrible inside the room. The room was so dusty and smelly. The toilet was so dirty as you can see the stains everywhere. There was no lock for the bathroom doors and the bathroom was semi transparent from outside. Really had a discomfort feeling while bathing. one of the room's kettle was rusty and my father boiled water and drank it without noticing the rust and he had vomiting after that. The shower also had stains. We had to stay there since my grandmother got admitted in Pantai Hospital which is just across this Hotel. I will never return or recommend this hotel to anyone.

Can see that although the cleanliness is ok la,, the facilities or at least the room i was in, the bathroom seemed aged.

TV channel to improve, not cover main TV channels including news & sports.

Toilet not clean enough and needvyo add-in toilet door lock for more convenience/privacy.

the hotel really need to be refurbish. The rooms are old, toilet does not look clean. Receptions are not that friendly.

Heard it was used to store corpses for the near by hospital. Unsure if it’s true or not. My uncle said something followed my family the day after we checked out. For muslim guest, be mindful to read the necessary ayat al quran before entering the premise & your room

Located nearby shopping complex, restaurants and convenience stores.

The power points in the room was not working. The shower room was clean but the water was not hot. The towels were not clean.
