Everything's okay. Staff was very helpful and nice. Breakfast spread is sufficient. The major downside is no elevator. Only staircase. But still okay can exercise a bit.Thank you for the hospitality ?
This hotel is very nice,clean and beautiful,it goes very well for its price.They also included breakfast.this Seri Malaysia is not like others.they actually manage this one pretty well,for what i can tell,it's really good for the price i pay.

Friendly staff.Easy for hunting as the location was in the middle of the town.Easy access for bus & KTM station.
Booking - my booking was cancelled without any information even we had updated in advance on the late check in. Luckily, the room still available and managed to check in.Room -The room aircond need to be change or service as the aircond have a 1 kind of smell & not cool. Others no issue. The toilet tiles & bowl have yellow stain ( old hotel ) which I believe can be done something to remove the stain.Breakfast / sahur - not much choices - 1 main course, 1 side dish. Overall stay was good. I hope the hotel management can do something to bring back the hotel glorious image.

THERE IS NO LIFT SERVICE, THE ROOM IS NOT CELAN MORE STANDARD LIKE HOSTEL ROOMS AND THE WORST PART WITH LOUSY BREAKFAST THAT IS NOT WORTH AND VALUE FOR WHAT WE PAID AND DEFINITELY NOT WORTH THE COST WE PAID FOR THE DELUXE ROOM
THE CHARGES TO HIGH FOR THE BASIC AMENITIES WHICH IS NOT OF ANY STANDARD OF HOTEL. CHARGES AS 4 STAR HOTEL WHEN EVERYTHING FORM THE HOTEL IS BELOW THE AVERAGE OF 2 STAR.
