No parking...the hotel parking not available..you need to park outside and need to pay to majlis perbandaran sungai petani...need to download apps...

There were variety local style food served by the hotel with affordable prices. My family enjoyed the food. The taste was delicious and suitable for all age.

Had breakfast. Food taste good but cold. Booked for 2 rooms but breakfast only for 2. Need to pay for add 2 person.@RM34 per person. Questionable.

The staff were friendly. The room is spacious. It's a refurbished hotel. You're paying below 200 yet you get a bathroom with bathtub. If parents would like to bring their kids, just to enjoy swimming pool & room with bathtub with lower costs, this would be the perfect spot for the staycation.

There is no allocated parking. You need to pay for parking if you're there on weekdays (Kedah : Sunday to Thursday). My friends and I went back to hotel late at night, that we need to park at block behind the hotel.The lighting in the room could be improved.

I saw a few improvements since my last stay in this hotel especially the cleanliness. Since I'm traveling with elderly this hotel serve the purpose as well. The main reason why I choose to stay at this hotel because it is adjacent to the main road and easy to access few area plus a lot of stall in this area.

My car, which was parked just outside the hotel since the hotel carpark was under renovation, was vandalized (broken side screen). The hotel staff said it was not their responsibility, never bothered to view CCTV.

The room that was booked was the same as advertised. It was comfortable, clean and various necessities were also provided. as well as the main switch placed next to the bed is easy to control the acond tv light..very interesting

maybe just the parking lot that doesn't have that time and the pool that isn't perfectly maintained

The hotel doesn't have a dedicated parking lot, and the basement parking is always closed. The breakfast selection lacks variety.

Nearest with restaurant and shop lot.The staff also very good on entertain customer.

Impossible to get parking nearest hotel at night and swimming pool need to maintain well.

Prompt check in and check out by the Front Desk team. All the staff especially the Front Desk and, Cafe are extremely friendly and polite.

Due to low occupancy during our stay, the cafe is unable to offer a breakfast buffet spread. Nonetheless, the ala carte breakfast was very tasty.

The location of the hotel is strategic, easy access and convenient for people like us on a business trip

The Wifi is totally not working. It defeat the purpose of providing free Wifi as claimed.

My room 304 very bad room condition especially bathroom..hand basin sink tap shaky, no have sink stopper..toilet seat cover shaky and stain mark..bathtub head shower broken and rusty mark..shower no pressure, bathtub alot stain yellow mark..not feel to shower..bathroom something smelly..bed and pillow alot stain mark..room service order food they said estimate time 20 minit but delivery my room 30minit ➕️ ➕️ food already cold..very bad service

Availability of parking lot. Easy access from highway and near to highway. Close to shops, restaurants, and convenience store.

Amazing service from FOM Mr Anwar and hotel crew,from Front Office,to room service, restaurant and housekeeping.Food was good.Bed is comfy.Great city view from window.Very good room cleanliness from all parts.Very warm service,fast check in process and check out.Food for breakfast has 8 dishes,plus noodle dish with selection of flavor items and condiments, toast and cereals,and unexpectedly kuih muih which have also been served to hotel guests.And also delicious tea or coffee or orange juice served, which easily to be obtained from the counter.The warm smile with such welcoming service, including from the male room service staff that served us,the restaurant's crew and the cook who manages both egg station and the dishes for breakfast,are really melting our hearts.And this hotel is located at middle of city,near to clinics,mall,shops and highway junction.All in one place.Definitely we will choose this place as our main choice of stay in future.Thank you.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, easy parking and sensational location for our purpose of a bike race and the start and finish of that race.

Old and most of the power plugs in our room out of order (junior suite). Last day ( out of the days) light went off at the sitting area. No room service after 8.30pm. Not enough parking space. Breakfast very basic.

Friendly staff, a lot of shops nearby the hotel and nice pool.

The pool is bad. Aircond are slow to cool. The bathroom is not very nice. The handle pipe are not very smooth like broken.
