Parking is not that user friendly

I recently had a stay at & wanted to share my thoughts—both the ups and downs!**Positive Aspects:**1. **Great Staff**: The hotel staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. They made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived, having breakfast till we are checking out?2. **Cleanliness**: The overall cleanliness of the hotel was remarkable. I really appreciated the attention to detail in housekeeping!?✨

**Areas for Improvement:**1. **Room Equipment**: Unfortunately, the room equipment did not meet my expectations. The lighting was too warm, making it hard to set the right ambiance. ??2. **Safety Box Issues**: The safety box in the room was not functional, which was a concern for me. It’s crucial to have secure storage while traveling! ?❌3. **Toilet Door**: The toilet door was difficult to close, which added to the inconvenience during our stay. ??4.?? Had a little hiccup with the mineral water request - it never made it to the room! ? already sent the email ✉️ to the team upon booking & requested extra mineral water for my parent but still same as their standards Overall, while I enjoyed the hospitality and cleanliness, there are definitely some areas that need to be addressed for a better guest experience. Hoping for improvements next time!
