SWISS AVENUE HOTEL

The facilities were very good. Multiple workstations available in the lobby. Swimming pool was available. The rooms feels like new. A/C was good. Food options were good as well.

I didn't like that the switch socket next to the bed was not working. Getting the TV working would be a little challenging for some. The bidet didn't have the handle.

Room is large, breakfast is okay, food quality of room service food is very good (thumbs up chef!!)

Can improve the pest control in hotel. Other than that, very satisfied.

The pool! And of course the room was clean and comfy⭐️⭐️⭐️

Enhance variety of breakfast❤️

Each room features its own TV with YouTube access, and the location is peaceful. The hotel boasts a large swimming pool and a well-equipped gym. Room service is prompt, and the food is delicious and reasonably priced. The staff are friendly and accommodating.

The separation of the bathroom and toilet was inconvenient. The shower being inside the jacuzzi tub posed a safety risk for children. Given the spacious bathroom, it would be better to have the toilet inside and the shower outside the jacuzzi. The air conditioning in the downstairs restaurant was often turned off, requiring us to request it be switched on each time. The room's dustbin was very small, and there was no mirror for dressing up. In the two-bedroom suite we booked, one room had no lighting, forcing us to rely on table lamps.

Action & friendly staff Location & friendly staff

Dirty & worn out finishes in my junior suite room 306. Toilet has a dingy smell & shower is hardly any water pressure . Signs of mold in the toilet too, hotel rooms corridor is super hot , poor quality on ventilation system . Hotel manager occupied &!reserved the best car park lot in the front entrance ???? ??‍♂️??‍♂️

Overall ok...room spacious and clean, bed was comfortable...

Need to improve a lot on cleanliness of bathroom

Comfortable family room which I stayed with 3 adults n 4 children..the food also delicious and cheap, the price is almost the same with outside cafe...and my kids love the pool...

My kids loved the swimming pool, and we went during Chinese New Year, the hotel made effort to present the guests with lion dance and we enjoyed it a lot! Good job

Room was very specious but the interior a bit outdated

Pool was huge but there were swimming classes at multiple spot around the pool making it a-bit hectic. Breakfast spread was quite limited.

Close to city centre

Not clean and dated. Sink was leaking and asked for it to be fixed and it was not fixed at the end. Bath tub has baby cockroach

Breakfast. The best outdoor pool in town. Great jakuzi. Super clean

NA

The swimming pool was amazing, big, with a separate pool for children with a slide.

Room had the toilet and bathroom separate. No sink for filling the kettle.

We've stayed at this hotel before and this time around, it was just as great as last time. We got the family room with 2 queen beds...the unit got balcony facing the road and just steps away from the lift..i mentioned before that this hotel was among the best that we've ever stayed in...both the kids and adult pools were huge...amazing place...Last time we were a bit disappointed with the breakfast buffet but they improved a lot this time around...the selection was plenty and the food tasted nice...

Nothing really...maybe a few more recreational games would be nice...ping pong table, dart, foosball, pool/snooker or board games...but the pool can keep your kids entertained for a whole day...

This place is 5star for me my husband and 2 teen daughters. The swimming pool was so cozy. Seperate Baby pool. Gym. Washrooms everywhere, so convenient. The coffee and tea and biscuits available all through the day for free at the launge area made me feel at home. The staff handling our luggage when we arrived and also guiding us to the parking was excellent. Thanks to all of them.Phone calls were handled very well by those at the front desk from the first booking to exit check out. Dedicated staff, really amazing. The bed and breakfast with the excellent varieties of items to eat in the morning made me overwhelmed. I had fish and chips and fried rice for dinner, wow, for that price and taste, it's so so worth it. The staffs at Cafe was so good to me. Me and my family were really impressed. Shopping malls like Village mall, central square and C- Mart are really nearby. Swiss Avenue Hotel, you made me and my family have a wonderful and an unforgettable first trip to Kedah Sungai Petani.I will recommend this Hotel to my friends.Surely love to go there again someday if God willing.Thank you once again.

The pool side could have had lights on for us to sit around enjoying the wonderful breeze after 7pm although no swimming was allowed.Maybe a decent movie for people to just sit around and watch in the big screen at the poolside.

Worth the money, spacious room

Toilet could be better, could have been better if provided with laundry bag

Spacious roomsNot expensive Kind staffVery nice swimming pool Suitable for business days

Breakfast was super basic but satisfactory. The strawberry jam was close to being a very modified fake jam. The nasi lemak was okay and so was the nuggets. More drinks should be available.

The staff are very polite. Food is not bad. Very big clean swimming pool.

Roofless carpark. Quite an old building. So electric supply trip frequently.

Room is spacious . Location is quiet. Breakfast is good enough. Ample parking space is available. Free coffee and tea with biscuit at the ground floor siting hall.

Location

Clealiness & breakfast was so simple.
