Room rate and location.

The bed cover is too old and brownish.

need to improve the cleaning part and detail about the room booking

the property was so bad. the bed was dusty and dirty like it wasnt been clean especially the pillow and the pillow case.in fact i didnt get the room i book before

I think it's time for you to do housekeeping for mattresses, pillow and blanket. The pillow and blanket really need to change. Very bad. It's really thin and old. I need to bring my own. I got a single size blanket for a double bed.

Strategic location. Even though it is just a corner shoplot, given by the location, it provides many parking lots, even a bus park there. There is a Thai restaurant and grocery store nearby, just a walking distance away. I came with a large group yet the check-ins procedures were very smooth and fast.

Perhaps the pillow may be upgraded. Some of us complained the smelly pillow

The bedsheets n blankets were all full of fur. My t-shirt was full of furs when I woke up in the morning.

Cleanliness

1.Water Heater Shower head broken and not repaired2. Mattress mostly swag

Location, attentive staff, clean room, all facilities functioned well. Nevertheless the hotel was well maintained and clean

There was just a mosquito which I was a bit annoyed with and I needed to stand there trying to kill it.

Toilet is clean but small.

Bed cover, blanket & pillows not well kept.The glasses for drinking too small.

Location is not in the middle of the city but okay not too far from the city.

The bed and mattress is not comfortable. The toilet facility is not well maintained. Shower and bidet holder are both broken and not fixed.

NOT AS IT IS

Got cockroach in the room. Bed is not confirtable, going down. DB Box is very noisy, cant sleep well. In the bathroom got spider web. No windows. Not happy at all.

Water pressure is good.

The hotel don't provide a shower cap.Cigarettes smoke coming to our room from outside.Can clearly hear people talking outside of our room.

No value for money

No proper comforter/selimut when the room has air condition. Byk semut di dinding. Staff baik layan beri kain tmbhn. Pelapik katil dianggap selimut? owner perlu labur duit beli selimut. Katil konkrit sgt rendah

Very uncomfortable and feels not safe to stay in this hotel, checked out of this hotel after 1 hour.

Many unfriendly Malays teenagers in the lobby.

Worth for business trip and distance

Stayed in 219 To improve on bed facilities eg pillow it's time to change. Shower need to change hand holder all broken

1 night stay was reasonably fine.

The power points were hidden behind the back rest of the bed and so inconvenient to plug in your phone charger and other appliances. The toilet seat is stained and the TV channel is only set for TV3. You can't lower the volume of the TV as it's already set and remote control is useless as it's only set to function for power on and off.
