Staff very friendly and professional, especially frontdesk. Very clean

Air conditioning not strategically placed in the room, thus there were some hot spots

The ceiling fans in the corridor not working, the day was really hot. Tv in the room keep stopping n coming back automatically. Iron was no working well. No lift - not friendly for the elderly, they have to climb the long n steep stairs.

Strategic location and ample of parking lots.

Floor was dusty. AC was slow and the filters were extremely dusty. Mattress was sunk in making sleeping impossible! Bathroom didn't have a towel rack (broken). Pillows were too soft to sleep on.

Room was very small. No space even walk. Poor amenities and room not clean. Bed not proper setup. They suppose to have at least blanket or duvet but when I ask the reception for blanket they told me the on on top of bed is blanket. That wrong! They use mattress protector as blanket! Bed linen very crumple and smelly. I dont think they change it. Found a lot of hairs on sheet and pillow case. Not hygiene at all. I really not recommend this hotel at all.

There is a water dispenser in the lobby.

Pillow extremely thin & The mattress sunk in the middle. We cant even sleep comfortably.One of the towel was badly torn & the room ventilation is very bad (got a wet smell)No hair dryer.

Staffs are friendly. Room was clean, bedsheet smells good, air-conditioner works fine. Don't expect too much for the price. It's overall a nice hotel to crash for few night, and get busy over the days.

Water pressure was super low in the morning. Have to wait a bit till water come out but not strong enough. Pipe on toilet side, leaking and make a mess the whole toilet everytime turn it on.

There is nothing I liked at this hotel.

Air conditioning not working. Changed 3 rooms to get a air conditioning room. Bedsheets and towels are so old stuff. Please don't go to this hotel . Bad experience.

it is a budget hotel. so cannot expect much from a budget hotel. It serve i's purpose if you are only looking for a place to sleep. nothing fancy. Have water dispenser at the ground floor

I told some issues about the case when I checked in.The following issues are1) I made a reservation on booking.com for a payment of rm59.20 which needs to be collected during check-in.And here why did the front counter staff (a staff named Kevin) ask me to pay rm60 when the price should be rm59.20...after I argued with the price he asked for, he only said to pay rm59.20..please management monitor staff do not try to overcharge guests.2. After checking in. I entered the room and rested.. after a few minutes someone could open my room and go in.. this is very angry.. it disturbs my privacy and dignity that is when I was undressing. this is there Stu my dignity. use the system but why can the room still be opened by other people. why? Management please monitor your system. This involves people's privacy.3- I asked for a cancellation to stay overnight. At first he resisted and said he couldn't cancel after a few minutes. Then he said he could cancel..The management Please monitor your staff. How are they working... thank you ..

The air conditioner is bad, not cold at all. Requested to change another room, requested the front desk to assist in shifting but he giving reasons and reluctant to help, and he insist us to move our belongings to the corridor , then walk down to the counter to exchange access card and walk upstairs again. It is at our own risk to leave our luggages at the corridor while changing the new room access card. Unfortunately the new rooms air conditioner also having the same problem.The cleanliness of the room is also having vast doom of improvement.The quality of the pillow attached below.

The attitude of the front desk clerk shall be improved.

the staff that greet us when checkup and checkout so polite and rich with smile ! the toilet was so amazing with the price of the room ya ! nice..

no loft for luggage carier , i bring big luggage since i share the same luggage with my husband and not oku friendly .. it is not a problem to have higher level room but it is a problem with big luggage with a lift the pillow we had also not even a bit of comfortable . my husband and i had neck area pain in the morning . hope so u will improvise my little comment here for your good ! overall it is a good hotel with budget .!

The pillow and the mattress.gosh my neck n my back hurt so bad. Im so regret to chose this hotel. The toilet door not been built properly hence the water splashed to the room. The air conditioner directed to toilet door. Took almost 2hours for us to feel the cold air. The single bed is a joke. I better bring my air mattress for my son. The can-see-through-bedsheets. Hhmm.and,those were not bedframe. They were frame made DIY using wood panel.

Breakfast is simple but delicious. Location is real good. Host is tremendous.
