Good location and the hotel breakfast is good.

The room looked a bit run down and needs some updating. The bathroom is very old looking. The river in front smells very bad haha.

Location- near to restaurant, cafe n pharmacy. Parking is free. Staff is friendly.

The TV was not working. Safety box malfunction. Got a lot of swamp insect in the bathroom, because the top window open for air ventilation before we chk in.

The room is spacious and good for family with kids to stay here. Cleanliness should be improve because i found the toilet tiles a bit dirty and dusty. The breakfast just simple one but i want to suggest to change the ketchup bottle as it so dirty and smelly. The roti canai a bit keras and I suggest maybe can put inside bowl or place where we can heat it up. RC sejuk x sedap.

Since the location is in the middle of makan place. During midnight the motorcycle sound can bit annoying.The apek downstairs make a loud noise too maybe they eat too much durian that night..

Super clean, quiet and comfortable. Loads of restaurants right next door, as well as an affordable massage shop, mini marts, etc.. Staff are superb.

I was disappointed to find that the scenic river view has been hidden because someone planted very tall bushy trees along the river after construction of the Banana Hotel complex. Also the cute 'Insta-worthy' Banana Hotel sign in front has parking spaces painted in front of it, so you can expect to find cars there instead of a clear shot of the sign.

The pillow to soft if can change little better pillow will more nice I think no other just the pillow problem only

Location and not many choices of stalls or restaurants for Halal food. Mostly are Chinese stalls and restaurants nearby the hotel.

Nothingggggg!!!! The room is dirty , floor is oily, bedsheet gt blood (period i guess) and dirty things on the blanket!! The toilet floor also very dirty and oily… super uncomfortable. Luckily the receptionist willing to change the bedsheet when i request to change..

The location is great and nearby have a lot food for choice, have night market, comfortable room and parking is free, Allow late check out (will be charged RM10 per hour).

Toilet is small and no place hanging clothes.

Generally hotel can provide more lightning for the pantry area.

Tv have many channel n clear not as almost hotel i go so limited channel n sometime cannot get at all.. all in the hotel i like including the smell at lobby so fresh

aircond is not cold at all, breakfast staff is not friendly at all, the food is cold and not as showed in menu
