Mattress & Pillow were really old, smelly, toilet leaking, ceiling spoiled not paint, all corners are dusty

Easy access to city centre and friendly staff.

TV reception & more lightning could be improved, not that I watched it anyway. However, for the price you pay, it is worth staying

Value for money. Room is big for triple. Hotel old but clean. Air conditioning function well and shower is excellent with big volume water. Hotel has private parking.

Tv only has 3 channel.

I like the location, centre of kangar and very nice /kind 1 person man reception staff

Maybe can improve the clean of ground and install aircondition or exaust fan in lift, because so hot

The hotel were dim. At first arrived we thought the hotel was close. Light in the room also dim. Quite old hotel. No cafe at the hotel, no swimming pool. However the location is good and staff was friendly. Helpful. Hotel provide parking so easy to park the car.

Everything. Dusty, smelly, mold on ceiling, cobwebs, bathroom from the 90’s. Worst stay ever. Charged me RM120/night but hotel condition is like RM60/night.

Old hotel, good enough to crash for 1 night. Don't expect much. Receptionist was very good.

Close to masjid alwi, close to shops and restaurants.

Lamps were missing, plinths were missing, constant water leak in the toilets, toilet hose was defective

No water heater for shower.Damaged SPC flooring not repaired or replaced. Lockset for entrance door need replacement.No exaust fan in the toilet..

The room is spacious

The air conditioner is not cold even though it has been set to a low temperature

The room was big, but I think it would be more comfortable if you added 2-3 more pillows to the bed, and I think you should add the iron thing, not just the board. Moreover, it was a good place to stay for the price. rm160+/night. I think this hotel needs to think about building a swimming pool because it is a good place.

lack of pillows on the bed and no iron, only an ironing board, and the light in the middle of the room, some of which aren't functioning at all. but it's okay, that's not the main problem for me. i rate 4/5 star ⭐⭐⭐⭐

The location is strategic. Value for money

Has been in this place 15years back. Still unchanged as per today. I missed the breakfast. There is no more breakfast served during my stay in March'23.
