1. The check-in process took too long, with a 2-hour wait. 2. Repair work was being done on the upper floor, causing loud noise and disturbance. 3. The TV channels could not be watched. 4. The bath towel had an odor.

Room, toilet & furniture out dated

Located at center of Perlis. The cafe served variety and delicious food for breakfast buffet which is only rm20 per person. Friendly staff and cleaning service is very good. Suitable for family with kids.

staff at the restaurant during breakfast not even smile...wanted my signature for the bills while i was eating on right hand and left hand holding the baby...maybe should have some commone sense. it might be proper to let me finish my breakfast first then may take my sign..n that time only my family was having breakfast.can bet they were not busy at all...after i finish my breakfast, they were just talking at the counter.

The swimming pool is the selling point of this hotel

The building is old, I understand. But the repair workmanship make it worse. My suite even got leaking from the rain.

I'm surprised that no toothbrush and toothpaste were provided as this is the first such hotel which doesn't give. So we ended up having to buy on our own. There was also no air-con in the lobby.

The toilet is abit awkward design as the rain shower water can flow all the way to other areas. no barrier.

Staf service is satisfactory.

-breakfast is too simple- room equipments quite old- toothbrush are not provided - can get better from other hotel with the same price

The restaurant staff should behave more like they are working for a hotel and not a roadside stall. During breakfast there was not cutlery on the table, I asked one of the waitresses and she asked me to go take it myself from the buffet counter. So much for being a hotel.

It is a nice stay, though I do think the hotel can improve in terms of the layout as it seems a little old. Cleanliness wise, it can be improved too. Other than that, it is such a nice stay, and will definitely book again.

I was attending a wedding at the hall to me it was convenient to stay at the same hotel as the wedding venue

The cleanliness of the hotel honesty it was terrible I did cold the heart of manager to shorten my stay there.UnFortunately the hotel manager did not want to approve.I was upset due to this matter. I wouldn't want to cancel if the hot day was good and clean and comfortable but I had to.Still, i cant Back Out.Overall,THE PIC SHOWN IN HERE IS NOT THE SAME.CLEANLINESS IS VERY BAD.I am not happy with this stay.

- the room is spacious- staff is kind to entertain our late check in, we arrived around 10pm- theres swimming pool available

- the furniture, decoration in the room is kinda old and outdated- the bathroom door is already reput- the bathroom floor a bit dirty
