Its just a shoplot, no extra facilities, no breakfast, no big lobby..

Could have at least provided a hairdryer, some tissues, and hand towels. Too basic

Lack of room convenience

Book a room with a window. but get one without a window. Pay the price for one with a window. 30RM difference. The mattress is uncomfortable.

For rm180 there was no toothbrush given, towels were bad quality like floor mats. Aircond was old n making noise. Electric voltage in room was unstable.

The staff at the counter were friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. There were ironing boards at the corridor but I needed to wear something thin. It might get a bit hot because there were no fans or air circulator at ironing board area. The area around the hotel has a lot of restaurants and places to go to. Overall, it was a nice experience.

The ironing board is a bit hot when I got started ironing a few pieces of clothing. Might need to install some fans.

Everything was good. The staff were all polite, and the hotel was clean — I believe it’s a new hotel. The only downside is that the room was a bit small, but everything else was good and fine. As for toiletries, they only provide shampoo and body wash.Near to mini supermarket.They also provide water filter outside so no need to buy mineral water and they also provide mineral water in room as other hotel.

Maybe can add toothbrush also for toiletries.

Location of the hotel at the city center. Near with all the shop and food stall. Staff are friendly.

Room facilities was limited. If you want more need to pay for extra. No kettle and fridge provided. Iron was outside at the corridor side. No coffee house or cafe available in hotel.

Its clean and comfortable. Also love that the area in the middle of town. Easy to find food. Will definitely stay here again next time

The have lift so you don't have to walk up the stairs. Receptionist was very polite and took our complaints professionally.

Our room has molds on the ceiling and walls. The aircond drips water on the bed under it.

- Location convenient to find & not too busy.- Good Wi-Fi.- Nice sink segregated from shower area.

- Room size too small & no windows!- Noisy.- Cleanliness not up to the mark - yellowish bath towels; dusty floor; noticed some ants!- Bathroom design - no segregation between shower & toilet.- Poor TV programs - little varieties, no movies & not even TV3, NTV7 & Eight TV.

The hotel location at the middle of traveling around Perlis, a strategic area. A lot of car parking area. If you hungry in the middle of the night, just go down and go Persiaran Makanan Bintong, you can get every type of food here.

Toilet floor a bit dirty, room a bit small even though it’s a family room.

Clean room and toilet, room smells very nice, easy parking, smooth check in check out process, helpful friendly staff, near to restaurants and city. Recommended.

The drinking glass on the table need to be clean.. too dusty.

The ever polite ladies at the reception always ready with a smile.

Housekeeping staff were negligent. Didn't make up my room even though I was out all day, they had the opportunity to do it all day. The ironing board had a burnt hole in it which made ironing difficult.
