The Lephant Hotel

We has a car so this place was perfect. It is not in a town but stores, restaurants, and a laundromat are just outside. Rooms modern and clean.

good enough to stay at for a few hours if you need somewhere to rest near the airport.

there were little insects in the bathroom and the bathroom doors would not close properly. no elevator which made moving our luggage a hassle

The location was sufficient for the night.

There were little small bugs in the room. I had to buy hug spray to spray my suitcase down and personal items. So I would not carry them with me to my next destination.

I would say it was pretty clean

Staff unfriendly said I did t have a reservation until I showed them my email. The next morning I asked for a taxi and she tried to charge a finders fee to make a phone call. I would much rather stay somewhere else

This is a motel at a gas station. It is perfect for a single night while travelling from one part of thailand to another, but iti s not a desirable location overall

We just need to layover a night for our bike trip from Kanchanaburi to Dannok , this hotel is very much convenient surrounded with gas station , restaurant , massage , grocery store... all in steps away. Perfect :)

Very convenient for the airport, the staff assisted us in booking the taxi for our flight. Although the lady didn’t speak great English she was very accommodating!

All very good,, extended my stay to 4 nights but that due to personal reasons. Great location with good facilities ( restaurant and coffee shop and supermarket).

Personally nothing not to like but I did bring my own kettle.

The Staff was warm and nice

The toilet equipement was very bad, allmost nothing toilett papers,just hsve a small shower gel and champu, nothing to clean your hand and face

Advise not to get front room the afternoon sun on the big window created a lot of heat in the room, also watch the fairs to the airport

Ultra-modern plastic chain-looking decor adorned with brightly colored cartoon characters, soulless and commercial, but unusually with-it management and smooth operation that is not typical for Thai lodging. Check-in was easy and everything in the room worked perfectly. Location near Surat Airport is perfect for overnight stays connecting with flights. Convenient minimart, Thai food stalls (open until roughly 8-9pm), and coffee shop next door. Beautiful rubber tree orchard visible from back room windows (but that's the only beauty you'll find in this area).

Due to location behind gas station, there was a rotten egg smell sometimes, but the room aircon seemed to filter that out. Room had no tissue (had to ask).

The room was clean, and was comfortable. The staff is super nice! They arranged us a taxi to go to KHAO SOK NATIONAL PARK and KHLONG PHANOM NATIONAL PARK (1500/1000bath). They also arranged us a taxi to go to the airport (350 bath)

It was a bit far from the main tourist attractions

Very clean and spacious, friendly staff lots of stores close by is located in the same carpark as a petrol station but is quiet accommodation.

Handy, roadside hotel on the way to Khao Sok after our late afternoon flight into Surat Thani. The rooms were very clean and comfortable with nice bathrooms and AC. The next morning, the kind staff organized a very comfortable van to take us all the way to Khao Sok.Just be aware that this is next to a truck stop, as mentioned in some of the other reviews, but this didn't bother us at all, and we all slept soundly. There is a pharmacy, Topps, cafe and souvenir shop right next door to the hotel.

The staff made us feel as though we had come home. Very friendly, and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for them.

Not far away from the airport It was shot stand for one night, so I didn't have much time there It was enough for me to take a shower and rest Staff was helpful. They helped me to order a taxi at 5 a.m., but it was twice overpriced.
