Bed too hard, no kettle tea coffee in room.

The room was quite small, very very basic all grey walls. Tired and dated. The beds were rock hard. It was a glorified prison cell. Fine for a one night stop over, but not comfortable.

The room was clean and there was a cafe next door. It was perfect for a stopover before our flight.

No sound proofing from the door, has many sound irritate from walkway. Parking is so limited.

Location is good, nearby street food market, a lot of local restaurant, easy to go to other place. Room is suitable with the price.

Big and clean room

-Walls are a bit thin, if stay in the side of road can hear cars all night-pillows are too high and hard so can hurt neck if sleep on the side all night

MY FAMILY AND I ( ONE SON 11 YEARS OLD AND MY WIFE) STAYED THERE FOR 1 NIGHT.WE GOT TWO ROOMS. BUT THE LIGHT OF THE ROOM WAS NOT GOOD, THE CLEANNESS CONDITION WASN'T GOOD, WE SAW SOME DUST AND INSECTS IN THE ROOM. THE IMPORTANT& GOOD THING THAT JUSTIFIED OUR STAYING THERE WAS NEAR THE NIGHT MARKET ALTHOUGH IT CAN BE CHANG FOR NEXT STAY. IN SUM UP WE CANT RECOMMEND IT IF You have a high sensitivity to cleanliness and comfortable sleep.

The doors closing and neighbor sounds are echoey. The bed and pillow were very stiff.

The beds are really really hard. We are used to some hard beds in Thailand, but we slept quite poorly because of it.

Location is very good, convenience to walk around.

The room that was reserved for us quite old and dark even when you turned on the light and was opposite to what was shown on the website which was full of light, clean and looks new.

The hotel is situated near the bus stop from Surat Thani so great for those travelling. There is a laundrette a walk away from the hotel too which is helpful. We asked to move rooms due to a shower leak and this was quickly accommodated without issue. The rooms were a good size and the quilt was soft and clean.

Breakfast isn't included but you get 10% off the cafe next door. The rooms were a bit dated and our shower had a leak, meaning we couldn't use it for fear it would flood the floor. The beds were pretty hard and the air con faces the bed so you're pretty cold!
