In a hurry to catch tuk tuk, so picked other side of river and would have changed otherwise as had a few wet walks, but tuk tuks etc readily available.

Shower was very poor. Couldnt get water fully open and not warm water. When you took shower whole bathroom was wet

The room is quite dusty and the spring bed is not in a good condition. The room wall is not sound proof.
Standard hotel room, the building is a bit 'vintage'/80's style, but the room didn't feel old, everything was clean and neat. The buffet breakfast is good and not expensive. The staff is friendly. A walkable distance from restaurants.
The staff was very helpful. There was no problem with anything. They helped me order a taxi. Everyone on the reception speaks English

No WIFI, even though I asked the desk to resolve it twice ..nothing happened..make sure you have your service topped up .!!
The big 2 beds, breakfast buffet was ok.
We asked for a food delivery. They did not care about it. There are no ashtrays outside the building, as a smoker you feel not welcome. After 9 pm they are not willing to cal you a taxi, wich you need, because its far over the river. They seem friendly ,but in the end, they dont care about the guests. Feel little bit lost.
