Room was fine,the verandah overlooking the creek was spacious but way too hot ( would've been lovely to have had a fan out their.The staff didn't speak English so very little interaction.

Towels were very old.Sheets clean but not crisp cotton ( or didn't feel that way)Pool was well and truly not usable. Very dusty as work was being done on the driveway..No soap for hand basin..

Beautiful location and bungalows very relaxing staff were wonderful. I would highly recommend this to anyone

Everything! It is a beautiful and quiet location with a private balcony overlooking the river

The staff is just absolutely amazing! So friendly, helpful and kind. They speak very little English, but we managed to communicate the most necessary. They always greet you with a big smile, which just made this stay one of the best I had so far in Thailand.

The whole resort looks a little rundown and old. It’s location is quite a bit outside of the city, which I did not mind. But one relies on a car/taxi to get there. Also, supermarkets are not around the corner. And if someone eats vegan, as I do, the restaurant of the resort does not offer much. The breakfast is also heavily centered around meat.

- chairs and table on terrace at the river were missing- didn’t look like pictures but still nice (wall at river) - quite outside - around 1h walking into town- breakfast wasn’t for me - toast, meat, egg

Stunning location, being able to watch local wildlife such as lizards and birds from your river balcony.Really friendly and she staff couldn’t do enough to help you, allowed early check in, provided prompt room service.

It was a very rural place, not much going on within the resort, but a grab to night market or a walk out and about was good.

Bedbugs

The room we were in on the first night had bedbugs so we moved into another room (Thai house) around 11pm for the rest of the night and were offered that room for the second night too. The room had a green toilet and was unclean. Our friend in another room noticed bedbug bites on her in the morning too and checked her mattress and found them. The staff offered to change the sheets for us, seemingly unaware they live in the mattress. Our group spend the whole day following our first night at the laundromat and bagging up all of our belongings. On the second night luckily we had kept all of our belongings in bags outside as the new room they’d moved us too also was infested. We took two bedbugs to reception to ask for a refund so we could book a new property. After sitting with the receptionist for a long time while she messaged the big boss, trying to negotiate a refund, they finally agreed to refund us for only one night. The receptionist then walked off and said nothing. We waited for her to return and after 20 minutes went to find her. The caretaker said she had left and he didn’t know where she had gone. We then found our refund sitting in cash on a desk with our sign out sheet. Zero communication. We also saw that they had booked new people into all of the rooms our group had left due to bedbugs. The people are knowingly booking people to stay in bedbug infested rooms.

super locationa little bur far away from town, but otherwise it would not so green and quiet

It was a simple nice relaxing stay. Best part about this place is that we could park right in front of the room (we rode a motorcycle, so it was very convenient to carry our luggages inside). Peaceful and serves it's purpose. Don't expect a 5 star hotel service and facility as the price compensates it! Thanks!

It was great, but, of course, the resort is a bit worn out and needs maintenance. It’s wonderful that everything is located by the river. The staff was excellent.

The nature, the water, the animals and birds. The property is very peaceful and quiet. The room was very clean. The little sitting area out back by the little river.

I didn’t get the exact room I booked, similar but mine was older and not as nice. The property has so much potential.

Super nice, peaceful property. The value was good for the price, the room was so much bigger than I expected! I felt comfortable spending all day in my room. WThe staff were super kind and went out of their way to help me. It was really cool how the place is built on water. Everything was clean and great ?

It's great for money value. The room is very spacious, It also has a beautiful balcony / terrace. The property is located by a tranquil natural canal.

The wash basin is outside the room, it's quite inconvenient. To go to the city downtown is required to use Grab service because it's not reached by public TukTuk

We extended our stay for another night because it was so beautiful. The staff is very friendly and helped us with renting a motorcycle (300 baht) . The room was clean and very nice. They have a separate shower and toilet. The terrace was very beautiful and it was super relaxing to sit there. They offer breakfast for 100 baht brought to your room.It’s located a little bit outside of the town but you can easily get to town with a grab or motorcycle (Like 10 minutes). Excellent value for the money you pay.

Cosiest spaceful hideout next to huge palm plantations. Little green river streaming under the balcony with a couple of monitor lizards living in it, and a fisherman catching fish in a wooden boat. Room service is sweet and without any pressure. Food might be ordered right into the room. Lots of space for kitchen + bathroom separately from the bedroom. Best sleep ever with jungle sounds from outside within the whole night.

Taxi or motorbike is required to get to this place, however this is not a disadvantage at all actually. ?Truly sorry that place seems to have not enough care about at the moment, and is losing its quality + little river under the balcony is following tide schedule, and when getting the least flow in the morning - bad smell is appearing, as people are throwing rubbish into it unfortunately.

Very large comfortable bed and spacious room. Lovely setting with all the nature around. Very good price.

The toilet was a bit smelly. Lots of ants in room.
