The swimming pool was closed without warning ahead and the rooms were very dirty. The management didn't care about our remarks.

Staff Was Not Quick & Disciplined, Restaurant Service Really Disappointed, It Tooks 1 hour to Serve 2 Ice Cream With Salad. Dogs Were Everywhere & They Were Sleeping Around Swimming Pool Area, Swimming Pool Lights Were Not Working Properly, Filters Were Not On Until We Asked 2,3 Times, Parking Area Also Not Cleaned Properly, Bottles & Garbages Everywhere
Nice location adjoining to the main road and close proximity to all important locations. The staff was cordial and helpful. The meals provided were reasonable and valued for money.
Extremely kind and polite staff, made our stay very pleasant. The restaurant has an excellent kitchen and our room at the top floor was very comfortable with a nice view on both sides of the property.
Swimming pool needs some maintenance, the yellow part can be removed, nothing dramatic but it takes some action to do it, also to preserve it!
Well located for visiting Polonnaruwa archeological site, nice food included (breakfast+dinner) and staff really friendly

The outside garden and pool were a great. It had clean towels, shampoo, soap, and other gadgets.
The room was full of different kinds of insects (especially the bathroom). We also found some kind of small animal poo in our bed and in the bathroom. The WI-FI didn't work so well and overall, this hotel is overpriced.
Hotel and staff very friendly and helpful. The food was cold and terrible.

Very convenient place very close to Ancient kingdom. Rooms were OK. And food was tasty. Surrounding area is nice and clean.
Shower was Brocken at room 101. And the breakfast could have some variations. TV just have few local channels which wasn't clear.
We spend two nights in Mahanuge and we enjoyed it! everything was clean and the staff was very friendly! thanks to the crew for this amazing experience. all the best for you!

Need additional power outs atlease beside the beds since only one power out I could find in the entire room to power up all the electrical items.Regular power cuts happned but it seems generator not in operative. please fix it and that would be an added advantage...
