Pandanus Beach Resort & Spa

The staff were friendly and always smiling. We were offered an upgrade to our rooms which was superb. The beachfront is clean. The swimming pool is really nice. The room service is also prompt. We used the spa and Ms. Putu was excellent with her treatment.

We had taken two adjoining rooms, 219 and 220 for four in our family. The room no 220 had a few issues. The bathroom was leaking water from the sink and the air conditioner was also not functioning properly. The television had reception issues. However the management upgraded us to a higher category room after two nights (of a three night reservation). That experience was very good. Wish we had the upgrade after the first night itself. We had taken a bed and breakfast option. The buffet prices for lunch and dinner were quite expensive. We ordered a la carte instead. The staff had language issues and could not quite understand the order and we needed supervisor to double check it. The breakfast was just about good. The other problem was there are a bunch of stray dogs on the beach near the hotel that can be unnerving. It would be helpful if the resort management can keep that in mind. I am providing honest feedback but I will recommend this property to others. I saw many satisfied guests from all over the world in this property having a good time.

The staff was outstanding. They were very friendly and helpful specially Sara Chathu Susanthi Fowsan Pasindu The hotel itself was very peaceful,Room size was very spacious.

All the staff I will miss them I only stayed in the hotel for one night felt like a month special thanks to Mr. Anton In charge of Front Office Dept for his professional attitude and to the smiling angel Miss Chathu waoooo what a charming lady she is definitely a valued person for the hotel. Our rooms were upgraded and we were granted late check out free of charge. We enjoyed excellent breakfast and dinner. The hotel in general is clean and comfortable.

The water pressure in the bathroom was weak hope it will be corrected.

Located on a beautiful beach. The triple room we booked was modern and well appointed. Pool and entertainment area was excellent. The hotel had live music in the evenings and planned activities during the day. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast and dinner buffet was very extensive.

We also had a double room for our family. This room was dated and old. Needs a refresh

The staff at the hotel is what truly sets them apart from their competitors. Warm and cooperative staff who is ready to meet your expectations of a comfortable staff. Special shout out to Chathu, Thanu, Pooji, Upul and Kumara for their excellent hospitality. The hotel is placed strategically next to a clean and quite beach. The swimming pool adds to the cosy ambience of the hotel. I would highly recommend this stay to all the travelers who are thinking of staying in Bentota area.

Well, I simply cant think of anything bad about this hotel.

Pandanus beach resort and spa is a beautiful beachfront hotel with a relaxing atmosphere. The staff were friendly and helpful especially Chatu Sarah Fausan Pasindu and Susanthi , and the food was really good.

A beautiful resort around the beach like a little island. We had beautiful stay at pandanus beach resort and spa. Food is delicious and room is specious. Love the view. They hav two pools. Pandanus is gorgeous. Located right on the beach. Big beautiful clean rooms with incredible views. Staff are unbelievably friendly and helpful. Food there is exceptional. We loved every minute of our stay. a big thanks to poojani fowsan pasindu sara susanthi chathuri charaka dinusha
