Despite my not so positive review, I can assure you that the croissant from this place is the best in all of France! We ate in 32 different places from Calais to the Spanish border and this was the best croissant we tried. It was on the last of the 2 days, in the morning, when the person at the reception kindly gave us two!

The place is not bad, what happened is that I arrived after 11 pm and at that time there is no staff available to work. They sent me a text and left me the key in a “secret hiding place”, when I arrived everything was dark outside and since there is nothing nearby it was a little scary. When I got to the room, it was not completely clean and there were more than 20 dead flies on the floor. But for the price we paid, we couldn't ask for much, right?

TV worked well and good water pressure.

What you see on the outside is what you get on the inside. From the outside The place presents as a tip with very overgrown gardens etc. passageways and our room smelt like damp dirty socks. A/C didn’t work which was a good thing as I looked like it hadn’t been cleaned for years. We had to keep the window open which wasn’t great as it is located near a busy road. Floor covering was not fitted properly, no soap, 1 towel for 2 people. We were going to have breakfast but decided against it due to the state of the place. Smoker shed is right outside the front door which also added to the ambiance.

Easy communication, great facilities with clean rooms, easy access.

Breakfast was very basic. For the price, it was fair, but I'd have paid a little more to get a little better quality.

I followed my satnav seemingly in circles and was convinced I was lost when the hotel appeared seemingly in the middle of nowhere. Could there be a couple of signs to reassure people like me they are not lost.

I already spent a night last week and answered to your questions.I think the same way…Everything was fine and clean!It’s a great value and I’ll book again if I have to travel in this area

Friendly helpful staff @ the reception , not forgetting the housekeeper who was lovely.Great value for money.Very quiet .Perfect for me and my dog Coca . Breakfast was good value for money

Very good location for motorists - outside the city center, next to the beltway. Lots of parking spaces. Clean room, good quality linen and towels. A very good place to stop on a long journey. And it's not expensive.

Terrible access to Wi-Fi, you need to create a connection yourself. This is not a problem, but information about it is communicated at the reception, and the reception desk does not work 24 hours a day. Wi-Fi quality is poor too.

Late checking possible.

We got two rooms. 210 was almost ok. In the room 209 everything was stinking of smoke, pillows, mattress. Difficult to sleep with the smell.

Machine check-in was clear and worked ok. Bed and bathroom were fine. Easy and safe parking. Did not have breakfast.

The room needed a refresh. The basic things (bed/bathroom) had ok cleaning standards, but apart from this, the cleaning was substandard.

Rooms and furniture super old and not well preserved. Mold, dirty old curtains, old uncomfortable mattresses. very loud.

There was only 1 socket in the entire double room. Everything super old and not well preserved. Mold in the bathroom. Mattress very old and not comfortable. Very loud. Thin paper walls. A wooden thing door and a super thin wall were separating our room from a neighbor room. Haven’t slept well at all

It was cheap and easy to get our key late at night. The room was not great but it was good for the price.
