Clean, modern, great location

Would have loved coffee in the room, even just instant coffee with a kettle but there was nothing

Friendly modern hotel on a very good location in the historical town

The bathroom of the standard room is too small

Room was a little on the small side but contained a nice double bed. The room was exceptionally well furnished with modern furniture and fittings AND it was air-conditioned which was essential as we had 30C temperatures that week.Reception staff were very efficient, friendly and helpful. There was plenty of on-site parking. Breakfast was good too.I would definitely stay there again. And Sens is a nice little city with a fabulous medieval cathedral and should not be overlooked. The hotel is within 5 - 10 minutes walk to the city centre.

There was nothing I didn't like.

Location and staff was kind.

The rooms aren’t very sound proof. You can hear the next room and room above flush toilets and blow dry their hair. Plus walls had other guest hairs. Needs to be more thoroughly cleaned.

The location was perfect and the lady at Reception was amazing! She ensured that we could check in early, advised us about sights in town, and then helped us to find an open restaurant and made a booking for us. The room was clean and perfect.

We had to put our suitcases on the floor - what about a stool for it?

The hotel is in a gracious old building, conveniently situated for the station and the old city centre. The walk from the station, over the Yonne bridges and along the river is very pleasant. Our room was spacious and well-equipped.

Friendly staff, really good location being just a short walk from the train station. Easy to find. Sens is beautiful. Shops and restaurant options locally. Lovely flower beds with three different colours of forget-me-nots. It just had a nice "feel" to it.I came back to the UK and said that if I ever decided to move to France it would probably be to Sens. However, with a cat, two dogs, three Cayuga ducks, 16 chickens and 18 alpacas plus a number of greenhouses, a move abroad would be just too challenging. I have some lovely river photos to remember Sens though.

Nothing really. Overall it was great, I've stayed in more expensive hotels that were nowhere near as nice.

Location close to central. Rooms are okay in this 3 star class.

Breakfast ok, but simple. Hotel corridors pretty narrow (old building) to walk with the luggages.

Lovely breakfast to be in France fantastic, Very nice staff my car broke down and they got a garage to open just for me to solve the problem. I could continue my travel the next day Thanks Lovely area in France a river and a small charming town
