Cyther Stay

The ID was fantastic, its new and modern. The place is near to cafes and shops. So it is very convenient and just 30 mins from Tawau airport.

Though the hotel is small and requires a walk up to the second level, this minor inconvenience is easily overlooked due to its exceptional cleanliness. The housekeeping staff clearly takes great pride in their work. The hotel’s proximity to 24-hour eateries and a nearby self-laundry facility adds to its convenience.

I can’t determine the source of the sound; it might be coming from either the air conditioner or the water tank.

New, clean, comfortable and decor seems new and done in good taste. Nice floral scent in the common area. Convenient location, and value for money. Staff was pretty friendly, room was cleaned and tidied up each day. Aircon was good, android TV, and bed and bedding was very comfy for me.

Bathroom was clean and new, but only tiny gripe was the shower screen is bit short, and unavoidable water splashes to the WC area. But tiny issue.

all property ready in room and easy to used.. clean, too much towel provided ? so happy with that.. hair dryer also provided

but only iron and iron board not ready in room so need to call staff to sent for us.. maybe hotel should upgrade provide iron n iron board for each rooms..

The location is very strategic. It is the same row as guardian (big one), coffee place and bakery is just next to the hotel, groceries place behind the building (walking distance), Mayfair clinic (just in case of u feel unwell, the doc here is good), 24 hour mamak place, self service dobi, i think i saw pharmacy too in the area - different block (walking distance), infront of the hotel got bobba place, another coffee place, secret recipe. U are covered basically here if you need anything. Staff is very helpful as well. If you are a traveller with a lot of luggage, the room can be a bit small for you. If not, it is just nice. Toilet is superb! Clean and spacious, modern design also. They provide android TV, u can watch netflix/prime.

None, all good. Will come back.

Helpfulness of staff to help carry luggage to upper floor, cleanness, comfort of bed and the non-stop supply of hot & cold drinking water,

shelf for clothes, proper place for luggage and no lift/elevator but walk up stairs.

Overall, I am ok & feel comfortable

Toilet flooring a bit slippery; it will be better if you can put a small table in the room for guests to put on the luggage bag (it also will avoid the luggage bag scrash the flooring)

Wonderful large toilet with rain shower! Clean new and nice. Quality of massage was well reviewed by my fiancee. Thank you and hope u upkeep the great standards! Netflix was awesome!

No lift up to the rooms which are on 2nd floor. although staff were very prompt to help with luggage :)

Clean & tidy room. Beautiful bathroom, clean towels & tissues provided are high quality.

Need to carry bag & climb stairs to room on 1st floor. But good for exercise.

The host was kind & helpful. Amenities is good. The bed was comfy, good night sleep.

Location with a lot of food in the direct surroundings. Also a good cafe for breakfast and very good coffee nearby. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable. Recommended to stay here.

Loved everything here. Clean, comfy, location, price, complete amenities, WiFi was great speed too. We even loved the pillows too much, we had to purchase 2 new ones to bring home?

super clean, nice decoration. Good location.

It was clean and pretty nice

I loved EVERYTHING about the hotel. Clean, comfy, complete, awesome, love it all. Will definitely come back to stay here for our future visits. TQ Cyther Stay Hotel
