Price is expensive for single bed and no Windows room. Also they don't provide breakfast. Only 1 pillow.

The location is great. So many restaurants to choose from!

Room smelled like smoke. Although they tried to mask it, it lingered..

Near pasar minggu. Reataurants, banks and shops nearby.

Neat & clean room, great shower with good water pressure, friendly staff, great location (went to nearby seafood restaurant for dinner & great breakfast just next door)

Good value of money.. although the outlook of hotel look normal, but the room design is comfortable, modern and nice. Had a cozy stay there..

Everything. Great room, perfect cleanliness and great service. Shower was great and the bed are comfortable. Convenient locations.

There are limited parking onsite and therefore we have to park on the street. Parking Tickets are issued by the tawau council everyday and it was hard to find a place to pay for the parking fee.

Clean, modern and central

No breakfast (but do many options in the neighbourhood!)

At 4:30 am early morning,,Room 502, ceiling water pipe leaking, and flooding toilet n room floor ,all wet, call in staff to assist,, counter shifted me to a down graded single bed room, I send WhatsApp picture video , to inform owner the leaking video,, owner read , with no response and never say apologize for the incident and charge me full rate for the stay ...Very poor management attitude..Also the bed dilam bad odours .Too old I guess.

Location and the cleanliness.
