The location ， near night market and many restaurants; the room , spacious and quiet; the staff, friendly and helpful ; the price, reasonable and affordable ❗️

It was conveniently located

The hallway looks terrible. The rugs are worn and stained and not inviting. My room had no bath mat. The toilet or floor had a leak. So the floor was always wet. The toilet didn’t flush . No bath products

Best shower that we had in Borneo. Room big and clean, location in the centre of he cute town Tawau. There was a night market which was lovely to visit. Locals are so friendly.

We really loved the strong, hot shower and the comfortable bed at this hotel. Our room was spacious with sea glimpses and plenty of places to store luggage etc. The only thing missing was a fridge!! There are restaurants close by and the Friday/ Saturday market is in walking distance and not to be missed. Would stay at Atari Inn if in Tawau again. It's a very friendly town.

Basic comfort, but ok for price paid

Friendly staf. The hotel is very strategic. Near with restaurant, station bus, bataras supermarket and etc. Spacious room. Very comfortable.Easy parking.

the smell like cigarette smoke in space outside room to lift.

Frontage doesn't look welcoming. It looks like a shop rather than an inn.Location is good.The room was spacious but dated. Bed linens were not clean as there were marks. Towels were threadbare. And they looked very grotty. There was no coffee or tea. Bathroom looks gross. One small 50ml bottle of body wash / shampoo. No hand soap or foot towel. Less than half a roll of toilet paper was provided. It ran out early in the morning. When we requested for more the night-shift person said he cannot help as the housekeeping staff was not available. Good thing we had tissue with us.

we booked a room with twin bed, to be honest i am shocked of how big the room was and it also equipped with things that we need as traveller with a very cheap and reasonable price. i will definitely come again one day and book this hotel when i travel there.

I don't know how to adjust the water heater? it's a bit complicated

no respond from booking.com and OYO

no basic amenities, didnt even ask for shampo / body wash / toothbrush.. THEY DONT PROVIDE TOWEL AND TOILET PAPER even after request they said they will try to find.. and waited for 30 mins no body come back to us, we go down to reception and still said will check, we went to buy toothbrush and come back the receptionist inform us that they do not have. need to wait the laundry to send next working day.. however we are departing next morning. so IT DOESNT MAKE SENSE. so we decided to cancel the room at12midnight, we checked in at 1030pm.. and strolling around the city to find next start.. best thing is customer service from booking.com and property no response.. they only credit part of what they have charged with no explanations!! what trigger is that non from both side respond to me after 2 weeks!!! i just want a full refund to my original card, no asking for compensation hassle that has caused me in the middle of the night

room is big.its above our expectation. the bed is comfortablewater pressure is good. location is superb. walking distance to the town attractions. the reception was very helpful.
