Pros +
- Convenient, closed to other shops.
- Strategic place, come with breakfast package (worth it) friendly staff
- Overnight stay in Tawau. First room we got stank of cigarette smoke so bad we had to switch to another. Everything is a bit worn out. Signs claim a restaurant and lounge but not open in the evening
Cons -
- TV channel and reception not so good
- Parking first come first serve
- The plastic curtains in the bathroom are very dirty at the skirting. As stated on Booking.com there would be a safe in the room, but when I enquired the front desk said need to pay extra. 1st-day of breakfast was terrible, they served a tray of over-fried eggs with burnt, it was hard and awful. Food is oily.

Location was good.
Room was very dirty - incredibly dirty. Bed uncomfortable, hard pillows and old beds. room smelled mouldy/smokey. No wifi. Have attached a photo of the glass in the shower, disgusting.
Good location, spacious room for 2
Toilet without door.
Good location close to local restaurant and 650m to local Market (UTC), 35km to airport takes abount 50minutes drive. Spacious Superior Queen room
Room without window. Breakfast start at 7am.
Spacious room with comfy bed. Room without window. Good location walking distance to local restaurant & shopping
Separate into 2 wings A & B. No parking for guest. Toilet with curtain no door
LOCATION... NEAR TO EATING PLACE AND EASILY ACCESSABLE. ROOM SPACIOUS AND COMFORT...

Location and price
Shower head and leaking floor
The location of hotel was good and easy to find foods.
It so terrifying to find a parking lot for my car.
Location and accessibility to many restaurants
1. Iron - not hot enough2. Ironing board - small & ergonomically not user friendly 3. Stayed for 7D6N but was not told that transport to airport was chargeable & not complimentary
The pillows so soft ? room so spacious!Staffs friendlySurround area... Great! Easy to find food
The stairs ?
large room comfy bed
bathroom needs a thorough refit
Only reception guys there were good
All the furniture is old and unsuitable, everything in the hotel is depressing.
Dated and in poor repair in the room. Smelled damp, but as we were unwell & using it as a transit hotel we just got on with it
See above
location wise is very strategic there is no problem to look for places to eat all walking distance and variety of food you can find nearby .
The bathroom is not so comfortable where the toilet door is only cover by curtain and the shower area is too transparent and the water clogged in the sink and bathroom
Best location.. Everything is within arms length
A little noisy as it is in the centre of town
Good location, quite near to banks and supermarket. Staffs are friendly and offer a place to put your belongings in case you wanted to check out early but still wanted to walk around the city.
The toilet offer little privacy so someone in the bath can see you doing your business in the toilet.
