- The hotel cancelled our booking without any prior notice and only called us to inform 30 minutes before we arrived at the hotel. We were travelling for work from KL to Tawau and were stranded for the night without any accommodations. No other hotels were available for walk-ins as there was a major event going on in Tawau on the dates we were there.. The excuse they gave us was flimsy, unacceptable and unprofessional; that they were overbooked and overlooked our reservation because our reservation did not involve any online prepayment, and that they had already given our rooms to others. What a load of crap.

I DONT SEE ANY JKKP CERTIFICATE INSIDE THE LIFT.3)UPON CHECKING IN,OUR ROOM GET CHANGED BY HOTEL WITH EXTRA CHARGE EVEN WE ALREADY PUT CREDIT CARD TO SECURE ROOM.4)NO WATER HEATER INSIDE ROOM. INCONVENIENCE FOR FAMILY WITH BABY.WILL BRING THIS MATTER FOR FURTHER ACTION.

Good basic hotel, No coffee/tea facilities in room, or PowerPoints in bathroom. Extremely clean and spacious. Do offer a very good airport transfer (was cheaper than Grab).
