In middle of tawau town..near by with laundry.. better
Parking not enough and dangerous
Location is good because I was born in Tawau and know all parts of the hotel location sites area.
The reception staff is very rude and do not understand the concept hospitable and customer service. I tried to explain, make suggestions and share good information on Booking.com various options in room cancellation which could benefit them and certainly allow more options for customers. Unfortunately, everytime I started my sentence I was interrupted. As a matter of fact, the other staff also joined the lady receptionist, arguing that their policy do not allow other options and if Booking.com allow then I should call Booking.com to settle the issue. To avoid spoiling my family vacation to my hometown since last visit 5 years ago, I opt to smile.

It's said there's a bath tub but reality it doesn't have. And the bathroom didn't what like we expect with the price we have. The sounds from the other room we can hear clearly. It's so uncomfortable.
