lobby service is good. registration is easy. Hot water for the shower is working.
After changing to another room, it is the same condition. Beds, sheets, pillows, towels, furniture are old, and dirty with stains. It is very obvious and not well maintained. The moment I got out of the lift, the walkway is not lit well. The carpet floor is very dirty with stains, same condition in the room. The door is semi working. Some rooms have hairdryer, and some don't. I reserved 2 rooms. Air-conditioning doesn't work consistently. Some light is working and some don't.
The location is perfect to go everywhere, also there is a shopping center beside of it.
There were many things that i didn’t feel satisfied at all, although we upgraded the room from deluxe to royale deluxe (30 RM of difference between each room), things like:- The building overall is very old, need maintenance and a deep cleaning.- Previously i checked out, i was in the bathroom and i saw a small lizard walking in the wall of the bathtub.- The curtain of the bathtub was so dirty.- The remote control of the TV has a button of Netflix and another for Prime Video, however none of them worked.- It supposed to be that the upgraded room had a better and clean carpet, however there were stains and an iron mark.- The bathtub didn’t have the tub plug.- Towels smell bad.- The sink was leaking water and it was soaking around the sink and dripping onto the floor.- The bathtub was leaking water from the hose.- I couldn’t connect to wi-fi from the room and when i connect it, it run so slow.- The AC didn’t work very well.Among other things.
The room was spacious. Breakfast is lavish with lots of local and wester varieties.
The room need upgrading, carpet are worn out and looks dirty.
Breakfast -nasi lemak good
Carpet inside the room dirty and bathroom smelly .
We really enjoyed the breakfast selection. Local foods, oriental & English breakfast are all available to choose from.Spacious room, comfy bed, nice hot shower. The location is just nice, many shops available near by or u can take e-hailing to town
Sound proofing was not that good. We can hear clearly people talking from the next room..also the traffic passing by even though we were at Level 10.
Easy to do shopping. With time it will be much better as when Covid Locked down in 2020, many business closed. Now, business is coming back again.Borneo Royale is great for having functions or events
Sampai awal. Tp bilik x siap. Treated as stranger not customer.
Friendly staff, great view from the room
Carpeting is very stained
Variety of food, gym & jakuzi
My room at 817. The shower temperature broken. Hot water flow faster than cool water, slow like rat piss. The TV had no channel. Please throw away the old TV, change it with smart TV.
easily accessible , clean, confort and good hospitality
descent bathroom
Staff are friendly .
Carpet old and work out . Have to ask for tv remote . Ask to come back later for house keeping but never returned during stay . Only brought coffee when asked in reception .
The room space was quite comfortable.
The bathroom was small, the fan in the bathroom was not working. The closet did not even have a door. The carpet was not even clean because I still can feel the dirt attaching on my foot. The carpet also have a lot of stain. No room slipper. Some of the light are not functioning and the most of all it is very hard to stay in this hotel for a smoker. There is no nearby open space to smoke unless u have to go down to the lobby and walk outside ??. Will not stay for next time around.
Friendly and helpful staff. Tremendous breakfast choices. Location is near to the town.
Need to have wheel chair for senior citizen. Limited car park
room spacious and plenty choice of breakfasts
dirty carpets and bedsheets
