Pros +
- The location was great, very close to a parking which was free in the night. It was also close to a supermarket and bakery. It is also in the city center. The reception guy Pierre was super friendly and kind. Check in and check out were super easy. The flat was cute, as it is a little flat in an old house.
- A Nice and cosy small studio in a lovely old and historical building and area innige center of the city
- Great location. Very comfortable bed. Nice breakfast left at door (although asked for it on Sunday only and it arrived on Saturday instead).
Cons -
- The floor was dusty ( if you walk with socks your sock would be super dirty ) . In the bathroom the water was not draining well in one of the lavabos. Some of the furniture was old and damage ( a chair with a bad leg) a toilet seat was also loose. At the entrance of the building where the falt is, there is a hall with an open ceiling and it had rain, but something fell and it was some dirt on the floor.
- No instructions or incorrect instructions for all appliances eg told HDMI for TV but no HDMI cable, have to use aerial, no instructions for most appliances, speaker remote didnt work. Not enough mugs. Place in need of maintenance, drawer knob came off, shower door not a very good fit so could open when shower running, toilet seat broken. Not enough hangers. Had to collect key from a different place but this not made clear in property information, we had to phone reception of another hotel to get this information, despite messaging about our arrival without response. We could have been sent the code and gone straight to the property instead of the stress of finding a different address.
