The staff is decent & friendly

However, the cleanliness of the hotel room is dirty. Especially the linen (bedsheet, pillow case, towel). The toilet is smelly & the floor is dirty.

The bed sheets & pillow got stain and musty. The floor seems like not been clean properly as we entered the room. Did requested to change the room but was asked for another RM50, which is not fair. Night time it was really noisy as there's a pub nearby, which we didn't expected but it was our fault because we didn't do the research of the location. Conclude, Not for family with kids, if you want to sleep peacefully. Thank you for the friendly hospitality ?

The room had a smell going, Bathroom was not clean and moldy, Bedsheets and Towels were super old.

Location is good, convenient to go anywhere around the town. Places surrounding is nice & clean with modern township. Eateries are just walking distance.

1) Bathroom is not clean enough (underneath wash basin is dirty). 2) Room is not sound proof - sleeping time is disturbed by the noises from the nearby bar.

The air conditioner is cool.

The toilet is very dirty, the room is not clean and dust everywhere on the floor and ceiling.

The room a bit smelly, not clean and theres mud stain on the door & the ventilation of air is not so good. Its feel like humid.

Decent stay for a quick night in town.

Booking.com price for the night was 81rm but when i arrived to the hotel i was told it costed 91rm. I also paid an extra 10rm surcharge for tourism tax. No big deal but it caught me off guard. I would have preferred if this was stated before booking the accommodation.

Just okay

It so noisy and dangerous at nice, as it surrounding with clubs so around midnight till 4am it was so loud/noisy i have to go down to check what is happening, and i'm worried about my car. Theres's a fight going on that night, we couldnt sleep until 5am because of noisy from the fight

Horrible stay

Bathroom was humid, exhaust fan wasn't working. Hotel was next to a bar club that was playing loud music until 4am, could not sleep. I checked out 1 day early and burnt one night hotel that I paid for because it was unbearable

I selected the hotel because of its location, close to the Central Park as I prefer to brisk walk in the morning.The reception is always manned and reception staff is quite helpful.

The room is not soundproof and the loud boom of music from the karaoke club next door which went on till 2 or 3 am in the morning. can't sleep well.There is no exhaust fan in the toilet & shower cubicle so the place is smelly and damp. Cleanliness can be improved.

Need to change room in d last minute. No hairdryer, no coffee mix packet in the room, not enough tissues

The price affordable

1st checkin for superior king room level 1 because i have baby and need bigger space room and when we came in the room is dirty with a lot of hair at the floor. The smell of the room is not pleasant. The toilet bowl is dirty and also the wall of the toilet is not clean. Im sorry this is the last time booked this hotel. The management need to improve the facilities of this hotel

Kids loved the duplex style room.

The only downside was that the Aircon for this room is not sufficient for the upper & lower floor so it was quite hot for those staying below. I would like to suggest to provide hooks as well to hang the clothes hangers.
