Lights were way too dim. No light at the elevator. Safe was kind of weird, number pad came off, looked not reliable. Basin water stuck, needed plumbing.

The apartment is spacious and each room has its own bathroom which is convenient. Despite the hotel is near the airport, hardly hear the airplane noise.

I like swiming pool suitable for kids, room big enough for family like my own home

Air conditioning not working properly, no soap in bathroom and no spare toilet roll.

The kitchen is full of cooking utensils and there were also washing machine and dryer which is quite convenience. The swimming pools are fun but it was too cold at night, the sauna did help to warm up the body.

The sauna for male is not working therefore, they have to wait for the female sauna to be empty to use it, and the steam bath was not open, and we were not quite sure how to open it. The aircon for both rooms in the apartment take quite some time for it to be cold, around 45 minutes.

Location near airport. Easy for tourist had layover. Parking services is excellent. We left our car at the parking open space area and the charge was affordable.Bell boy was very helpful.

The vending machine is not part of the hotel. I purchased pop mee, price is 4rm. Paid with 5rm then no balance refund. I don't know, maybe scam or malfunction. Did complain at the published no. near machine but no reply

We have stayed in this apartment several times already, and unfortunately we keep facing the same issue. There is a significant amount of dust on the curtains and windows, and it seems that vacuuming is not done after each stay. I often find myself having to clean under the windows and behind the curtains.We really like this place because of the spacious layout and the beautiful sunset view, which is why we keep coming back. However, I hope the management will give more attention to this concern, as it has not changed even after I raised this issue during our previous stay.

We have stayed in this apartment multiple times, and the same problem keeps occurring. The curtains and windows are very dusty, and it appears that the area is not properly vacuumed after each use. I regularly have to clean under the windows and behind the curtains myself.

The bed was comfortable. Everything was clean and convenient. The swimming pool was awesome. The staffs are polite with good hospitality.

Not a big deal actually but the refilling for breakfast may need improvement in terms of speedy service. Overall, it was still a good breakfast.

Pool is nice, big and cold water, like the sauna, rooms are very cozy, beds are so very comfortable to sleep.

Breakfast need to improve, a very typical bruneian food, need to offer asian, western food.

room was spacious and clean. had a nice view of the airport. staff was very friendly especially our airport transfer driver. airport transfer is available for both departure and arrival. parking car at the hotel was safe but much cheaper in the open space parking rather than inside the hotel compound.

everything went well.

I liked the common areas such as the restaurant, bar and pool area as well as reception desk. The design was very modern and nice. The food was also good and it was overall comfortable. The pool was nice as well.

Our room was more old and run-down than I expected from the pictures. The windows also had something white (limestone??) covering them, so it was not maintained well. We had a view directly at the airport which was not so pretty. The room did not keep up with the rest of the facilities at all. The sauna was also not working.

Room near to the pool, pool area with modern deco, design well, lobby area have free lemonade, friendly staff, parking area and free wifi.

Don't see any massage chair around aslo the lift a bit scary, one of the lift not yet fully repaired during my stay.

Aircond not cold, even after called the technician, he mentioned this is normal. Lucky that time the weather was rainny season. The first day, the room was very hot, not even know if the aircond is function or not. 2nd the receptionist dont even smile nor welcome us!

I like the environment, the staff are hospitality.. however im not really comfortable about the bed setting.. i almost fall from the bed cause the edge are not consistent stay.. its moving??.. and unexpectedly the bed are small also the comforter.. its my bad for not consider the size of the bed at the first place.. would return again nextime but requesting for the king size bed to be sure.. i really enjoyed stay with jinhold so far..

The room was spacious with sufficient space for the entire family. The parking was also convenient and available for guests. Location was close to the airport and easily accessible.

The corner room with glass walls was VERY hot in the daytime even when the blackout curtains are fully drawn and air conditioning and fan on. One of the bathrooms also had moulds on the wall and that can be improved.

- super close to Miri Airport. - very suitable for resting especially if you had late night arrival.- basic amneties covered i.e towel, toiletries- beds are clean.- parking is full but they allow you to park where you want as long as you dont block the way- transport from and to the airport is also provided- staff are very helpful

Nice interior and i like the pool as well. its large and its in the building. you wont get hot on a sunny day and wont be a problem of its raining.

breakfast was told ready at 6am. But it wasnt ready yet. We planned to get breakfast sharp at6 and leave at 630 am. we didnt get breakfast because we were worried we would rush for check in flight.
