Room big but bed small Breakfast still the best... Delicious

Bed just a single bed.. not super single.. the mattress also not comfortable

The staffs was super helpful when my card wasnt working for the breakfast payment. Love how very professional they are. During the wedding event all staffs are very professional

The breakfast, the room and the bed was quite comfortable.

The water was cold. Someone came to take a look but the problem was not fixed. We had to run the shower for quite a while in order to have a decent shower.

Hotel location is very good.The view is fantastic. The breakast is good and room good. Most of all the staff is very helpul. Kenny had been exceptionally helpful and M/s Chew was also very helful and friendly in guiding and assisting us on information of Miri and the type of food available. Overall our experience is very positive of the hotel staff and we would not hessitate to put up in PULLMAN Miri. Lastly Miri is very clean and air is good .

We could have more cupboards and table top to put our things especially when we would like to stay longer.

very good hotel but with bad room service

upon check-in :- toiletries not replenished- hand towels and bath towels were not available- coffee & tea making facilities were not available- shower room floor was slippery from previous stay- air-condition temperature was not adjustablei brought my parents for an expensive stay for good memory but it turned out the least expected. Disappointed.

Room and Breakfast choice

receptionist told me age 6 below do not have to pay for breakfast. but when entering the restaurant , i were asked to pay.

The room is very comfy and the staff are friendly & welcoming.

Only 1 bath towel was provided for us and no complimentary dental kit available in the bathroom. We have to call the receptionist to request these 2 items. The drinking glass was slightly dirty. We have difficulty entering the room and have to seek assistance from hotel staff. Turns out, our room door lock was malfunctioning (unable to auto lock), which means when we left the room for breakfast, the room was unlocked all the time. Luckily nothing happened.

Room was spacious and loved that its inclusive of a bath tub and everything about the room was top notch. New feature of going eco friendly with including the water filter tap in the bathroom was a first experience for us. Haven't seen it in other countries. Others include only glass bottled water to minimise their plastic consumption efforts. Great job Pullman hotel.

Somehow our room wasnt complete with their amenities like bathrobes and hair dryer which normally they provide, called operator/ housekeeping but they didnt provide the hairdryer, but the bathrobes they manage to provide us.

The room was not as clean as we experienced during our last trip in aug /sept 2025 . The towels were worn and needed replacement. The covers for pillow cases did not seem clean. In fact one of the extra pillows we requested for looked worn out, was badly stained and dirty with mold and my wife had it returned immediately. I think the standard has gone down and quality control needs to step up. The breakfast however is still good and the supervisor and staff were very polite and helpful.

General housekeeping needs to be improved. Towels and other amenities were not replaced when removed by housekeeping.

The location is very near to the city, and got a lot of restaurants/food stalls nearby. The room was very spacious. Mine got bathtub as well. The check-in process was done a day earlier, so on the day I checked-in, it was less hassle and not too long.

I may think the parking spaces/levels. Even though it was barrier gate but then i was driving alone, even at noon the area a bit dark. So hopefully Management can turn on some lamps.

I love the sea view and the city view..love the scent of the body shampoo.. it was easy to go around to places to eat

You can improve on the pillows, it was too hard for me. The other pillow is too soft.. hairdryer wire is too short

The car park is very convenient and save. The room is very big. The bed is very comfortable. The view outside the window is excellent. The shop houses are within walking distance.

There's no socket outlet for hair dryer beside the mirror. Also there's lighting near the mirror.

Everything. It was what we expected from Pullman. Experiencing the first impression of being warmly greeted at the entrance, made us think of what else this hotel could offer. Frankly, Pullman Miri staffs' hospitality won our hearts... at the entrance, reception, restaurant, housekeeping and even the security guys were very helpful for information about Miri. And thanks to En Fazli for attending to us, for a chat during breakfast.

Bed too hard, aircon so so, fridge not cool, toilet / bathroom probably need some maintenance.

The staffs at the reception were great. Didn't specifically request for any rooms, but they helped to arrange seaview rooms for my friends and I just so that we have good experience.

The staff at the front desk was very nice and friendly.

There was no iron and a hairdryer in the room, as it is normally provided. The aircon was a downer as well, as it just stuck at 24 degrees and couldn't be changed lower than that.

The room is not as clean as it was before. I found dust on the office chair, was only provided with 1 bath robe, and were changed to connecting rooms which were smaller than the rooms my family & I have stayed before. Im quite upset with how the rooms are not well maintained anymore
