Mega Hotel Sdn Bhd

Location

I've given a room at a level (ie. level 2) which I feel not satisfactory in the sense that the waiting period of using the lift especially when going and coming back from the swimming pool which is at level 4.

Parking, quiet

breakfast (good choice), spacious and clean room, friendly staff...

Food good so many choices I enjoy the food breakfast

Aircon not good (hot)Sounds like the bed sheets not clean n not wash property better check if the house keeping really works

Fast check in and out without any deposits

Parking for guests are limited. Waited long for elevator and always full.

quiet & clean bedroom

The toilet bowl was not very clean when checking in..& when there was no request to clean the room, the housekeeping staff still entered the room to clean the room without the occupant's permission..

The breakfast was HUGE, & accommodated many cultures, including US (eggs, cereal, fruits, pastries, waffles, etc.) They even served us a nice dinner, as we were too tired to go out. The building is BIG & we were placed on the 14th floor, giving us a superb view. The mattress on the King-sized bed was lovely, & just what we needed after 20 hours of flying. The room was big enough to spread out all our stuff, & had some fun stuff like all lighting controls repeated by the bed. The WiFi was OK, but it was pretty jerky, varying between 2-30Mb/s. They brought a 2nd chair for us when we asked.

These are just tiny, niggly points: There are no outlets in the bathroom, or even a hair-dryer (we found the hair dryer by accident, in a closed cabinet). The table is marginal for 2 laptops, & we had to ask for a 2nd chair, but we could make it work. The sockets are Malaysian only, but above the table, not under it. The building is a bit old but still works. There are 3 elevators, but one was being worked on & the other 2 were completely separate, even though they were right next to each other, so you had to push BOTH buttons. None of these are serious concerns, IMO.

Not pleasant stay

1. We book for Non smoking room since we have small kids but the staff give us the smocking level. 2. The Aircon was hot my kids even sweating during sleep. 3. The staff was not helpful and even very sarcastic to customer.

The Hotel location, the room spacious, delicious breakfast.

The toilet ventilation

The bed was spacious with king and queen size, didn't expect that.

The bidet style was not to our likes.

1. The room is superb, clean and comfortable.2. Thank you for the friendly check-in experience! It was quick and smooth.3. Thank you for the excellent customer service! You exceeded my expectations.

1. There are mosquitoes, buy 1 bottle of insecticide aerosol spray and the problem was gone.2. WIFI service quite slow, more faster using our own internet service provider.

I like the room so big, the location its easy to walk around the town and the breakfast very good

Price is ok.Reception staff friendly.

3 elevators, but elevator 1 under maintenance, left with elevator 2 that goes to every floor and elevator 3 that only goes 5th floor and higher. The issue is staff shoulve monitor customers going to which floor. We ended up waiting a few lift trips just because its full of people that we found they actually going for higher floors. Those people on higher floors could've been directed to wait for elevator 3 as we staying on 4th floor have no choice to use elevator 2.Some staff was rude and not service oriented while dealing with our inaccessible door problem. Words similarly related to "this is the hotel's problem" should've not be uttered by a hotel staff. Your just potraying you are unhappy working with the hotel to the customer. Not cool.

Price was ok.Reception staff was friendly.

Internet wifi was really bad. The speed almost nonexistent for media streaming.Bathroom were not ready for occupancy as the shower drainhole I believe was partially clogged. After 5mins of running shower...it would flood.

aircon making noise, dusty carpet. my son had allergic, toilet need to clean more.

In a thorough and simple words, I Love The Vibes of the room and the surrounding area such as the lift lobby, reception lobby and the alley which are so cozy.

The foods menu for breakfast still have a lot of space of improvement for a tastier taste.

second time mega check in. really the best. no problems. safe and comfortable. room is always clean. there is always cleaner cleaning every day. swimming pool is also very suitable for children to bathe. parking is still safe. 100% best.

wifi lagging. sometimes okay sometimes not okey.
