Grand Palace Hotel

Good service given by the staff. I booked 3 rooms and requested 2 of the rooms to be on the same floor . They've given me an even better choice! All 3 rooms on the same floor ?

I wish we've given 2 cards per room instead of one so that two people per room can hold onto it. So if one person wishes to go out but the other one wishes to stay then the one card can remain in the room

Quiet a walk to Time Square Mirri.

Despite it look like old buildings but they really maintained the cleanliness. Specially the crib beddings are cleaned too. Breakfast was recommended by our family members. Lift was fast. Room size was great. All bedroom was equipped with bathtub and amenities was more than sufficient.

I thought the dimsums were included as breafast buffet spread ? but overall breakfast was okay for night stay. All of the rooms was really cold but not much of a complain as compared to a warm room.

great location ,can find many eatery places around hotel n a supermarket nearby !

Very clean; excellent breakfast; professional & polite staff; great swimming area.

The location suited my needs and the staff working at the entrances are an asset to the hotel.

Despite me calling prior to check-in I was rudely informed that no rooms were available. However after getting into a bit an argument where I stated that we need to check-in as my son needs to study for his exam, this was remedied. The shower in my room was a nightmare as it shot out a high pressure stream constantly :)

The room very comfortable, tidy, spacious and was clean. The aircond ok good very cool.. and also the toilet was clean.. simple breakfast but nice as long as have main course and American breakfast like toast bread, chicken sausage, red bean with half boiled egg. That's enough for me. And My kids loves and very enjoyed to swimming...

Sauna under renovation as per staff inform us. And also gym fitness not many things to use. As per my husband said some of in the gym are broken..

the breakfast really bad even the staffs "bad communication" need improvement in serving customers.

Close to supermarket.Nice and wide windows view.Breakfast was ok.

No staff helping with the bags.Parking was full due to a wedding.No staff to show us to our room .One elevator only.One is still under renovation.The smell of the hallway to the room was not pleasant.The room itself smells.The large bed was sunk in the middle.The building is aging and so is the entire room.The aircondition was not cold enough.

The location of the hotel. Cleanliness is fine. The facility is quite old.

The lighting of the room...too dim.

All went well. Especially loved the breakfast selection and atmosphere. Room was cosy and we had a good sleep and will most likely return.

1. The parking area was limited and outdoor. When we came during our stay, an event was being held and all parking spaces was full, we had to make rounds and wait for the guests to finish their event.2. The hotel should change their towels. It's super worn out with holes, yellow, and no longer fluffy, feels like a 10 year old towel. I know it's an old hotel but at least update your towels with new ones. Felt disgusting to use it.

Breakfast need more choice of menu.The location is good.

prking space need a little bit bigger especially when someone using 4x4 car eg.landcruiser, less room to open the door wider. During festive season.

The location of the hotel is great. Restaurant is ok for dinner, but there is only a limited choice for breakfast. Staff is very friendly. They are always smiling and willing to help you if you need any.

Cleanness of the hotel was not meet my expectation. Overall the hotel was clean, but in the room a bit more effort would have been much more appreciated. Please pay extra attention in the bathrooms.

It's comfortable and nostalgic. Big room. Location is nice. Breakfast was okay.

It's outdated (It's exactly the same since 2009 i've stayed here) and there's only one working elevator. The other one is out of service for a long time.
