What I like about this hotel is that the staff is very good and friendly.Additionally, the location of this hotel is strategic, as there are many restaurants nearby. There are also plenty of parking spaces, but you need a parking coupon to park your car but if you don't have a parking coupon, the hotel sells them for RM6 per day.

What I don't like about this hotel is the cleanliness. It seems like the sheets and blankets haven't been washed because there were blood stains, spots, and it felt uncomfortable to sleep. There was an unpleasant smell,and I felt itchy all over my body. I hope the hotel management will pay attention seriously to this matter.

You pay for what you get, this is a budget hotel, the room has the basic amanities for a budget hotel (towel, shower gel & shampoo, toilet roll, hanger, aircon), that's about it. It's quite, ample of parking, good if you self drive.Location is ok, across the street is the old town area with many eateries, but at night you might have to walk a little (or grab car) to Bintang Mall area which has more choices.

Have to walk a little (we grab car) to find a local restaurant for dinner. The hotel is near to Time Square, with many fancy restaurants and bars.

Didn't take the breakfast, and didn't go around the place.

Firstly main door lock was broken and loosed, as well as the bathroom door. Wall power socket just got 1x in the room and was faulty. Not convenient to use because is far from bed. Pillow cover is dirty don't feel clean for me to sleep. Lastly the slipper in the bathroom was old and was different types in a pair.

Location. Zahrul was helpful. Help me book grab car. Most of the counter staff were helpful.

When i check in, the lady staff dont even smile or wish me. So i said hello to her & asked her to smile. Room lighting is too bright for a good sleep. Brown cabinet is bad fung shui. Got ants.
